    Justbet.cx does not honor bonus and lies...stay away. providing proof.

    In the playes edge casino on justbet.cx they promise you a 10% bonus on all losses in the casino. Its supposed to be automatic but ive had to email them several times before to add the bonus. This last time i had a very good run on the sports book and lost over 1k in the casino and here are how they are treating me after the big loss. First post i will show is one where they apoligize for it not automaticaly adding this bonus and that they are adding it. this is for loses on 3/5/13. the second set of emails will be for the date 3/6/13. In the second set they are trying to tell me i played in the wrong casino but that is not true. They say on their website they pay 10% for the players edge casino. the live casino does not get the bonus. As you will see over 1000 loss not on the live casino. They do keep good records otherwise i would of not been able to show this proof.

    The very next day after the big loss this is how they are telling me they are not going to give the bonus. Its the same casino as the day prior but they try to convince me its a different one. Not sure if they realize if you lose 1000$ your not going to remember what casino you played in. More so sence its been an on going problem to get bonus from the casino loss.

    I did not play in the high roller casino. This is what the record shows for 3/5/13. Here is the email i was sent reguarding 3/5/13.

    As you can see the losses are on the same games from the players edge casino. I did not play in the high roller casino. If your system could tell the losses on 3/5/13 came from the players edge casino you can see the same thiing about 3/6/13. I do realize the loss is alot greater then it has been the last few times i had to be credited for losses in the players edge casino. I know i didnt play in the high roller casino so please credit the 10% or at least tell me that your not going to give the 10% for whatever the real reason is. I am not mistaken. i know what casino i played in just like the other times it had to be credited. I do have the emails from each time. I am going to post this on several SBR sites with my account number. I will update the posts if you decide to honor your bonus or if you decide not to. Thank you for yoour time. If you decide not to honor the bonus i am happy to have found out only after depositing 100$ and not a couple of thousand down the road.

    I did play the live casino but not the high roller casino. I played on the players edge casino. Please check your records again. I did not play in the high rollers casino.     Please remeber this is an on going problem and it has happened several times. So please check the records to confirm that the play was not done in the high rollers casino but it was done in the players edge casino.

    Ive added your own records to show that the play was done in the players edge and not the high rollers.

    I feel your pain, just wiill absoluty pay you. I played at another place I will not name and my net loss was 4K, so i get my $400 rebate and think to my self I should bet this on a sporting event, maybe a two team parlay. I get weak and blow it in the casino, next rebate round i ask where my $40 is. they said of the $400 we gave you is a special bonus and you get no rebate on that, that is a slap in the face when you the 10 percent rebate is not viewed as your cash.

    my two cents..

    1) stay away from online casinos, period.

    2) do not come and put your account # online and bash a book when your crossing your fingers for a payout

    Justbet is always straight up there has to be more to the story OP. U will be paid i never ever had a problem with them and very promptly. U might have to read the rules as sometimes they have rules to different things, i never play in the casino so i cant tell u.

    I have never cashed out there once at Justbet but i always heard they were a book that pays.But you would think that someone who just lost $1000 would get something back. But then again-i lost WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more than that at Sportbet and i ended up getting a big giant ZERO back.

    i am a big fan of you wager and the comps for 100 /100/hands of blackjack there is 2 cents, they give you 2 points per hour in the casino. 200 points is worth $2 some places have 10 percent cashback but only if you lose $500, with the profits online casino's they should all offer some sort of comp.

    I like them too . You wager has great high limits which is important to me. Their bonuses are average i think if they did away with the 30 day wait i would deposit a lot more there.
    Oh-and depending on the answer i get from the guy at Justbet my opinion of them may go way down.Depends on the e-mail i get back.

The female manager had the nerve to ask me if I ever called off from work. Basically saying the receiver called off of work (picking up the money) and I should be understanding. F that

    I have had a couple issues with names here and there not with Justbet though. What bothers me is they always call me wanting me to deposit there. I had a limit there of $1200 and have a higher limit at other books. So i told them if you want me to deposit i need higher limits because i like to build up my deposit and take a shot.Keep in mind they called ME to deposit. Then they talk it over and say NO but if i deposit $10000 they will up my limits. Then i notice my limits were LOWERED to $1000 . So they want me to deposit by calling me repeatedly-I tell them what i want to deposit more there-They not only say NO but LOWER my limits-and they STILL expect me to deposit.

    the hold is just the deposit, no other book lets someone cashout anything above deposit and bonus before roll over is complete. I generally bust before meeting RO and this book has allowed me to put cash in my pocket. you might be refferring to if the offer a 100 percent bonus, which i'd gladly accept 30 day hold.

    That is true .The 30% FP is like that but i think the 40% FP i think you have to wait 30 days. I think i will be doing something with them on FRI Hank probably the 30% so i can take out my winnings.They also blocked the casino before so i do not have to worry about that.The rollovers there are really good too.

    This review site does work......update got an email from justbet.

    Although they sent me this email, confirming that playing in the players edge casino tournament does not quailfy for the 10% rebate. Their site states any play in the players edge casino gets the 10% rebate on loses. Ive read the rules many times.

    I do appriciate this email i have got from them, but although it says it will give me the bonus plus extra for the hassle it has not shown up in my account. I will post the email they sent me. Keep in mind i have not got anything added to my account that they said they would. I understand that this could take a day or two so will update if they do add what they promise. I hope in the furture they will update their rules to say all games in the players edge casino except the playerrs edge casino get the 10% rebate. (just a side note. playing in the tournament is your money. You dont buy in so the losses you inccur are real.) Here is the email they sent me.

    We regret to have found out that you needed to go thru a third party on your 10% rebate claim when we had left an open door a day before our last email, and wish you could have demanded a follow up as I had promised you a response from our software providers.     I have read the rules and know them by heart. They do not state if you play in the players edge casino tournament it does not count for the 10% rebate. It says all play in the players edge casino gets the 10% rebate on loses. I read all rules before i choose to play at a certain place. In the future they might want to add the exception that playing in the players edge casino tournament does not qualify instead of saying all plays in that casino qualify. There is no more to the story then what i have posted. As you can see they credited me the day prior for the same problem but the very next day "sorry you dont get the rebate" They might be a good book and casino but unwritten rules that hurt the player does not seem to be honest. In this case they can pick and choose when to use the unwritten rule in the hope you deposit more money and just forget the bonus.

    i have played with justbet for 1o years never once a payout problem i call at 11 eastern and at 3 pm eastern my money is always avialable at 3 pm the following day, i get paid by ** and they take a $66 processing fee but i always get paid

    Looks like the casino manager did right and you were taken care of promptly and professionally.

    dwight my issue was that rules state if you play in the playerrs edge casino you get 10% of losses. never excluded the players edge tournament. Also still waiting for the credits. But it does look like justbet is trying to resolve this.

    Justbet just put the money in my account. They resolved the issue i had and did it pretty quick.

    customer service said i played in the wrong casino.....so no i dont think they would of credited it without me posting here. They credited the play on 3/5 but not the play on 3/6 when i lost 1000$ i have informed them of this. Waiting a responce. They seem to want to resolve this so hopefully they will credit the play that was the reason for this post. the play on 3/6.

    Justbet.cx just finished updating their rules on their website so this issue will not happen to anyone else. I did not expect them to update the rules or give me the bonus. They have done both. They are straight forward with the error they had in just starting this tournament. They fixed it and made everything right. Because of these actions will continue to play at justbet.cx. This will also be the last update to this post. Thanks everyone for reading.
