    complaint to nordicbet.com

    I would like to inform you that nordicbet.com doesn't pay my funds.

    I have registered at nordicbet.com more than 8 years ago. There are no problems with payouts during that time. The penultimate payout was succesfully approved in December 2012. Last payment was ordered by January 4, 2013 and I have not gotten still. I contacted with support many times. They answered that my account is verifying and I need to upload my documents. I sent all documents which I have. But support decided that my documents are older than three months and with poor quality. Absolutely same documents was succesfully verified by SKRILL(moneybookers.com) and others bookmakers. I am sure that my documents is OK and nordicbet.com don't want to pay. Also I sent my complaint to bookmakersrating.ru on Russian language. They are on my side and advised to write complaint to LGA. I sent my complaint to complaints@lga.org.mt at 22 January, but it is still without reply. Now my account with all funds at nordicbet.com is blocked.

    I sent all my documents to help@sportsbookreview.com at 18 February.

    HELP ME, PLEASE!

    Why not just comply and send fresh documents? The 3 month rule is fairly standard.

    Trying to send documents newest. it must be accepted normally is. Nordicbet is a serious bookmakers.

    I uploaded all my documents at 5-15 January. The oldest from documents was dated 29 October. I think it was not older than three months. Today it is older, of course.
    Unfortunately, my account is blocked and I can't to upload fresh documents(the button "Upload" is unactive when I try to enter).

    When they said documents are old,why you didt go and take up to date documents and you would be fine. Now you stalling,and this go againt you. Better go and take newest documents and contact them via chat or email if they dont support chat. You should be ok...

    im happy u are honest, this is a good example on people blame the bookie for slow paying, when its NOT bookmakers fault. this are standard rules.

    Its NOT always the bookies fault that people gets slowpaid is the lession, if u hadnt been honest, most people on this forum would have blamed the bookie too.
    So many just write, "A bookmaker is a scam i dont get paid" and to many belive the "author" and dont think for a sec. that this can be the reason.

    Why am I not surprised the post I read was made by you. IF everything OP wrote was true, then clearly the book is to blame. While I agree with you that a lot of topics and complaints may be misleading, thats obviously not the case here.

    If its differcult for you to comprehend the matter in question, why on earth would you post a harsh post in reply to OP who is in a problematic situation asking for help.

    To add to the topic, I think you'll get your funds in the end, I generally consider them a pretty shit book, but thats more because of their offerings rather than issues like these which I cant recall seeing many of.

    Look at the rest of answeres in this topic, most people mean the same as me : send them newer docs , so its only you of the people that answere , that mean this is bookmakers fault, is it so clearly ben? is it?

    Nordicbet clearly states:

    2) Address verification
    A copy of one of the following issued within the last 3 months:
    Utility bill (such as water or electricity bill)
    Latest Tax bill
    A bank statement that has your address on it
    Lets see, the 29th of October, to the 5-15 ish of January, thats at most 78 days. 78 days < 3 months. Lets break it down even further just because its you. Even if you use February with its 28 days at least 3x28 (84) has to pass. I'd love for you to elaborate, with your flawless logic, on how his documents are too old as per Nordicbets own rules.

    Who are you to judge if the quality of his documents are sufficient or not? You need to be aware that Skrill are regulated by the FSA and would not accept questionable documents for account verification. Its not completely uncommon that citizens of some eastern EU countries has to jump through some extra hoops in account verifications.

    I have also used this book, I've never sent them a single doc, I've not had much trouble with them either. Who cares? You know nothing about the case other than what OP specified (that he had supplied documents that by their own guidelines, and industry standard, should be sufficient) so its completely unnecessary to come in and call him "differcult" or "its your fault".

    The harshness in your post is that you come in here trying to make an example of him and teach a moral lesson. He has done nothing wrong. Unless we see the actual documents you cant deem them to be too poor quality, an assumption you've already made, they're obviously not too old if you got basic math understanding and reading comprehension.

    I agree that sending newer documents may solve this more quickly, but you dont know that he gets these regularly. Some people have bills in others names, some people dont get any documents valid. The documents in question were new enough to start with, so its definitely not his fault.

    May be, you think that I am fool. If it was so easy, I didn't write here. I place bets more 10 years. I changed 20-30 bookmakers, but never I had so much problems. I didn't broke any rules Nordicbet, include rule of 3 month. I sent different documents during 2 weeks. They rejected some of my documents without reply. Then I asked by chat. At first they said that older than 3 month, after that quality was poor. This is documents was succesfully verified in November by Skrill Verification Team and others and quality was good. WHY? I can't understand. I know that nordicbet doesn't want to pay and win a time . I am shure that if the sum was very small they paid quickly. May be, my balance is too big for them. Why did they block me ?
    I know exactly now: If bookmaker doesn't want to pay - bookmaker can do it easy.

    P.S. Today I sent fresh document(fourth or fifth) via chat ,because ability to upload isn't available for me.

    Amid I don't think your at fault, and they probably were looking at a way to stall your payout for a bit, but if they want something simple like docs its in your best interest to get them the docs. Now after that if they continue to give you the runaround or other issues well you know the drill.

    Amid, i dont jugde you , i said i was happy u where honest,i think u just need to send fresh high quality scanned docs, thats all. Some bookmakers is very strict with quality of docs.
    If some customers deliver very low quality pics, its not the bookmakers fault.... if u have sendt them low quality pics.... lets blame it on your camera/scanner

    High bonuses? €100 is high now? I mean it can definitely be abused, like most bonuses, but its hardly overly high. Moneybookers deals with a lot of scams, they also run promotions that can generate a whole lot more than €100 that can be abused. They're a financial institution with pretty strict regulation which you obviously dont understand. Books are generally not heavily regulated, if at all. Its not that simple to verify your moneybookers account without sending in legit documents, and Nordicbet probably has the ability to request this information from moneybookers so they could easily see the details matching, should they want to.

    Also, that bonus only appear to be available in 3 scandinavian countries so I'm not sure its available where you're located. I certainly would hope not, cant be many 8 year olds who speak worse english than you in either of those countries. Most of the time I'm not even sure you know what you're typing.

    Nordicbet were pretty anal about the documents when I had to send them a month or two back, I think it was around 600 euros. At least to me, that was kind of complicated since they wanted a picture/scan of a utility bill, and I don't do paper bills...

    Still, are you sure you are doing everything correctly as they asked specifically? I remember I had to reupload documents with some details missing, the utility bill not being opened etc. etc.

    I just personally find it kind of hard to believe nordicbet would stiff someone.

    Again you are narrow minded, different countris, get different bonuses, it was much higher than 100 in my area

    two financial institutions, can have very different level of what they accept, hard to understand i guess....

    Theviking, tell me, please. Why my account is closed ? Do you know serious bookmakers which close account during verify? My account blocked more 1 month. I can't see my balance. I really afraid to loose money.
    My documents were approved not only Moneybookers, but 2 other bookmakers too. I sent all documents(11 files) to help@sportsbookreview.com . They can verify quality normally or no.

    I have never gotten any bookmaker accounts closed, so not sure, but u refuse to do what they asked you to do.... that can be reason enough for a serious bookmaker. If u dont want to send better docs, they may think u are a "cheater" even if you are not. Or they only close it for security reasons




    Or complaining to different places like lga and this forum, can be reasons for them to close the account for a while, to investigate more.

    Sorry to tell u, but it does not matter if your docs where approved by other bookmakers, they all have different level.
    The only thing matter is that nordicbet gets what they want from you ,if they ask for better quality, give it too them asap, with email.
    they have their right to ask for it, its their rules, u accepted them when u sign up. No matter how strict you find them or what ever i or other people in this forums tell u. Thats the hard facts, and i know its not easy to deal with.


    Alle serious bookmakers can close accounts if a custoemer dosent follow their rules. i think if you do what they ask you to do, you will get your money, but you have made nordicbet suspisous now,by refusing and your other actions...

I quote "You will receive confirmation via e-mail when the account has been verified. This may take up to 72 hours from the time the documents have been uploaded." For example, I sent last document 5 March and still without reply...

    How can I know about quality? If I send 1,2,3...100 documents and they will answer for everyone that quality not high. What I need to do?

    I understood nordicbet told u that in a email, it may take much more than 72 hours, since u complain to differnt places like lga, for investigation or something

    Well if u give up and think they will answere the same whatever you do, then, forget your money.
    Higher resolution on docs, and newer docs, is my suggestion

    Their behavior in the big whole is unacceptable.

    Assume you dont have any documents with the address in english or you would have sent them.

    Did you input your address details in english or russian on your nordicbet account and skrill account?

    If I were you I'd also try to contact skrill explaning the situation, since that account is already verified using the same documents (regardless of what gibberish theviking speaks they do have stricted regulation, period.), and see if they can get in contact with nordicbet. I'm pretty sure they can exchange and match details of both accounts, and if you put in the exact same in both that may help with the matter.

    Benandjerry, yesterday I sent to nordicbet support screen shot with all details my Skrill account (personal information, address , emails and even balance). But they refused to accept this document...
    I don't think that skrill support can help me, because bookmakersrating.ru, sportsbookreview.com and LGA didn't help me still.

    I think the key is to getting your utility bill translated to english, though I really think they should stand for the translator given the fact that they accept russian customers to start with, it should be pretty apparent to them that their customers documents will be in their native language.

    Why I said to ask skrill support about it is that they've verified your address, and if they confirm that with nordicbet a screenshot of your details there may hold more weight. I've mostly found skrill support to be friendly and helpful (their VIP one that is).

    In my opinion nordicbet is still good, i got paid from them this week. I like very strict bookmakers, they usually survive a long time. If u dont follow their rules you would of course not like them

    Decide....... u wrote it your self, in stead of sending them fresh and high quality pics at once, you seek help and tryed everything else than following that rule. read the rules, your self, u may find in their rules that if after 30 days they have the right to take your money, if u havent send them what they asked for, if they follow that, no money for you,
    thats why you should not delay even 1 day sending what they ask for to be sure.

    if you manage to put your self in Nordicbets "head" u will understand....
    If u had just done what they said from start of, u would probably had your money now, u made them think u are a "criminal" even if u are not, then u have to do a lot more of work, like translating to prove you are not

    Seriously, just put the guy on ignore, not the sharpest tool in the shed.


    I dont think they're trying to stiff you, really not sure what the issue is since they seem to keep giving you a run around about what the problem is, too old docs, too bad quality, not english etc... but something seems to be raising a red flag for them. I also guess Belarus as well as the majority of eastern Europe may also be the location of quite a few scam attempts/bonus abuse.

    I tried verifying my account with them a few days ago, one of the documents I supplied was a moneybookers account screenshot (the one that supposedly wouldnt be proof of payment method according to theviking) along with address verification and ID, they took a few days but got it done eventually.

    Not sure we can offer you any more advice other than try to get a decent english translated copy on one of your documents. Easier said than done I guess... Maybe moneybookers can send you an account statement in english in paper form to you? That could maybe serve as a legitimate proof of address document? I really think they should be able to translate your documents on their own though, if they accept Belarusian customers in the first place.
