    Thursday is D-Day for New Jersey Sports betting case

    Per WABC, U.S. District Judge Michael Shipp has reached a decision regarding New Jersey's attempt at expanding sports wagering.

    The decision will be announced by Thursday.

    If he rules PAPSA unconstiutional, Jersey has said they will have wagering up and running within 60 days.

    Actually it would first go through the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals but yes, that is certainly a possibility.

    I think it's a very strong chance it could head to the Supreme Court Brock. I think your wrong on that. Big bucks on both sides is going to drive that.
