If you go through the single game/buy pts option and then select a game, the point-buying options show up on the screen where you enter your bet amount.
That said, I just asked them and they said it might be a software glitch and they'd look into it.
In the future, why not ask the book directly?

was at work and their online services were down.....only reason i came here first....
