    I register on that site, to 100e, sending documents for identification, I identify correctly, send the email for the bonus and today I replied without explanation (indeed being treated badly in email) that in accordance with Articles 15, 16 and 17 does not give me a bonus and did not tell me why I miss. and normal according to you
