I joined bet365 just over a month ago and I have had a similar issue. A football match which I placed a bet on was called off I had to chase Bet365 after 2 days for a refund on the bet was void by their own rules . I also placed a bet on one of their offers which if the bet looses they will refund your bet up to £50. Again I had to chase for the money.
