GREAT - I"m back to having 0 dollars and cashouts that have been pending for well over a year.

Wsex I need some money!! I"m owed 67,000 dollars and I'm living like I"m totally fuking poor!! Then they told me they were going to pay me only after sportsbook players get paid - since I played mainly poker they want to ruin my financial situation even more. I still need to pay 450 to child support now to get my license back.

So upset and my life is RUINED due to not getting paid whats owed to me from them. They have paid me some but I have so many bills. So So so f' ing mad.

My parents have loaned me money during this but are stressed to loan me more and dont want to wait forever to get it back.

I"m in a really hard spot. I also need to pay child support 450 - plus reinstatement fee to get license back so i can get a 10 buck an hour job even though I make at least 50 an hour or more playing poker usually.

I do know of people getting paid by wsex though - one guy got 8k past 6 months or so - another one in Sc got 9k past few months.

I myself got 8k past 6 months or so.. now they said they are going to try to pay off some of smaller accounts next, then sportsbook clients, then poker clients last.

I am very appreciative of what they have paid me - and also glad to hear that others are getting paid recently - gives me hope everybody will get paid eventually - But I need at least 1000 personally to cover my basic bills monthly thus I'm stressed on a daily basis and trying to come up with ways to make money - as in try to give poker lessons locally by handing out flyers with a guy I know as well as find people online and try to find some people who might want to back me.

I think you will get paid and I do think Wsex is overall an honest company.

On two plus two somebody / one of the mods said they "got ripped off " on collecting some deposits years ago. This is prob when they got setback/ they had millions stolen from them and now they have to do the right thing and pay back their customers which they have been doing even though its obviously been slow and supposedly processor issues which is prob true too to some extent as even alot of poker sites take a few months or more to cashout.

I have alot of respect for wsex for having the will and drive to pay back all customers after getting "ripped off" on deposits or "accounts froze" years ago by us gov whatever the case is to make sure we do get paid.

Just in my case I'm owed the most of prob anybody and the stress level for me is nuts as I need at least a thousand a month to survive.
They tell me at some point they are going to start paying me alot to have alot of the debt they owe me paid off by Sept of this year. But on other hand wish I could at least get about seven hundred a month at least to help stay afloat on some of my basic bills.

I can't wait til I get paid to post some really positive reviews that this company did clear their debt with me owed. For now i'm stressed due to being broke and trying to get food stamps right now. Not trying to be a big sob story as belive me I could go on and on about my situation but this is my situation.

To their credit they have paid me a halfway significant amount to me the months before xmas and I do think personally everybody will get paid in time. I"m trying to be patient but its tough sometimes. Right now its very tough as i'm low on food and going to have to get on stamps or ask my parents again to borrow. My electric was about to be shut off other day but thank god my parents loaned me yet another one fifty to keep it on. I currently have a backlog I need to personally clear with my mom of about almost three thousand that she's not very happily loaned me while going thru this.

The money they have sent me before xmas even though was decently significant amount goes quick between prop taxes, food, electric, water, small entertainment, child support, had to pay insurance company thousand bucks almost over issue with license, paying back my dad 1200 he loaned me also, little entertainment. Thus i'm back to broke and hate calling parents to borrow so usually only do it when electric is about to go out or super low on food as I am now actually. I have some things maybe I could sell around house to help out.. i'll see.

Pokermonster, you appear to be overlooking the fact that the only way they are able to afford to make payments on long outstanding claims is to attract unsuspecting suckers into making deposits and taking your place in the queue. To my mind that's certainly not honest and in most civilised jurisdictions it's a crime and the perpetrators would have been behind bars long ago.

What I meant was I have respect that they at least did not close the doors and just take everybody's money. At least they are trying to pay back their customers. Maria told me herself that they had some accounts seized awhile back by us gov for large sums of money.

Yes being flat broke and your life savings on Wsex has been tough. But if they were totally trying to screw people I don't think I would have gotten paid anything but they did pay me 8k before Xmas and another guy I know got 9k past few months that lives in South Carolina.

I"m so so so frustrated .. have no idea. I literally have one dollar in my pocket and applied for food stamps last week. I just want to get paid and get this whole mess behind me. I mean I can't even put into words how tough its been. I"m flat broke yet have to rely to get paid by this place. I mean i'm relying on wsex as my only source of income.

Right now I have to pay 450 on my child support cuz they now blocked my license. And I just had to 1000 or so to another place / insurance company that I was involved with accident and they blocked my license.
So Yeh still dont have my license til I pay child support then reinstate license so still can't drive to a job and still relying on wsex for my income.

I can see why they are doing it / considering they did not make a ton of money off me/ though they did get rake from opponents I played which added up to thousands for them surely. I know i'm not their best customer/ as in betting sports with them with a negative long term expectation so they make a consistent profit as i'm into poker and making money in the long run. But hope they respect me for being their best poker player and trying to get games going at higher limits. I hope they respect me as a customer in the poker room to at least get me paid off as timely as they are able too. I think they do and will but right now without 1k a month to keep me afloat i'm very stressed.

As far as them trying to get suckers to put them last in line to get paid if they win I dont think its necessarily the case. I"ve heard of doing 1k or less cashouts and getting paid immediately /within 24 hours when I was in the poker room and talking to a few people who had done smaller cashouts.

Robert told me they had the money and its issues with paying it out. I dont know if they are holding it longer for extra interest or what. Really i'm about at my wits end trying to figure out Wsex payout theory.
All I know is I have bills/ need paid and pray I do get every penny of it as Robert has told me many times I will.

But yeh current list of bills/ stressors are
1. 4k behind on property taxes right now
2. 11,000 behind on child support - i'm lucky my ex has not pressed charges or sent me to jail yet. I'm suppossed to be able to make payments and get my money back as I have child support card but have not had license back in almost a year and a half now due to waiting on money from wsex. Yes I said a year and a half been waiting on cashouts.
3. Owe my mom about 3000 she's loaned me so I have food, and electric past year or more.
4. Need money for food - electric - water

Things I cannot wait to do - 1. Get a nicer car as I drive an old carpice right now
2. Do rehab on my house - Paint - Repolish oak floors - Get above ground swimming pool for my son this summer- I told him i would last summer but never got paid from wsex whole summer last year.
4. Get my hot tub fixed
5. Have a little spending money for dates!! I look like a freaking loser right now!!

Oh yeh I also have a major sleeping problem I need to fix. I thought I had sleep apnea for years now but I think now its a deviated septum/ nose not breathing right. Surgery to have this fixed is about 2 to 3k and would make huge difference in the quality of my life/ how I feel in mornings as I never get deep sleep/ I prob wake up 20 to 100 times a night subconciously due to this medical condition. So can't wait to get 2 to 3k extra after getting caught up on bills to have this done.

I'm losing so so much money by not having a bankroll to make money with on various poker sites around the web. I have been waiting for over a year / 16 months since I requested my cashouts.

Yes I"m sure wsex employees get paid as they would quit almost immediately if not. I have basically been an employee unofficially of wsex for over a year and a half now. When I went flat broke.. I was owed 25k or so by wsex.. So my only money I had in the world was on there plus 4k owed by full tilt. I mean I have no choice but to pretty much rely on this place to pay me / or give poker lessons cheap as its my only way to make money.

I still dont have my license back yet.. though close. I paid insurance company thehir money but now owe child support and the 3k they sent me on xmas went to pay dad back 1200 - 700 on two months or prop taxes payment plan i'm on but have now not been able to pay on past 3 months or so!! - 500 on food at wal mart - 150 on going out - cheap entertainment. I need to get pay child support then reinstatement fee at this point to get my freaking license back. Then I get to make 8 bucks an hour even though I"m losing at least 1k to 3k a week in lost income by not being able to play on on other poker sites as i'm basically a champion poker player at this point in my career.
