    Heritage not it used to be

    Heritage is just not what it used to be as far as cs goes and the way they treat their customers. A year ago, they pride themselves in VIP services and individual players attention but now they are just like any other big books. Don't get me wrong, they are still top notch in terms of paying you, having 0.8% cashback on win/loss, and reduced juice. But just not getting the same vibe from them. For example, a year ago I personally got a phone call from a manager because my wager had wrong start time and they cancelled the bet even when the bet lost. But now, they just don't have that kind of same service. Just saying..... nothing that puts them apart from 5dimes or bookmaker anymore. Just my two cents.

    Be careful. They will kick you out for posts like that. If they have a weak spot it is their sensitivity to posts such as yours. That's just a fact, and in case of Heritage you may want to play along because they really are a good book.

    and i didn't say they were bad. Just not what they are used to be and that's a fact. They have enough customers now that they just don't operate the same way they used to. Still a book to compete with 5dimes bookmaker and etc

    Fwiw, I just got off the phone with Mike from Heritage, and I am now 100% convinced that there is not a more classy book out there. And it's not close. This guy is a true business man who understands the bigger picture.

    Mike is the best in the business.

    That being said....normal support personal is average...not good nor bad.

    I have pulled every cent out of all books except one.....will not put another cent in online for the foreseeable future.

    Agree, normal support personal is average. Haven't talked to Mike so no opinion on that.

    I had to deal with cs on the phone today for the 1st time since the greek/bj takeover, the lady I spoke with was as professional as any cs agent Ive ever dealt with from any company, not just sportsbooks. She also spoke English as well or better than any US companies I deal with on a regular basis,JMO.

    I just made my first deposit here, and with no warning, they took a 4% fee from it (money.bookers deposit). lol is this normal? Do I ever get it back?

    any book that resorts to shilling tells me that its not that great

    I go in a thread and post my actual results about a book. I love it when I see a thread knocking Heritage because someone lost money in their casino and wants their money back. There are 100 baseless threads knocking Heritage for every 3 good threads. I've yet to see very many REAL complaints. getting limited, getting kicked out of a book for wagering steam only, etc.. is not really a valid complaint for their overall user base...it's a personal complaint.
    it doesn't make Heritage a crap book

    just do a little bit of research for yourself, visit different heritage threads, you'll notice 2-3 posters always in those threads saying the same things over and over, two of those posters are already here, fishead and flyingillini

    and you can tell the shills from the rest, because a player writes like a normal person

    shills talk like they are reading a script

    Heritage has done right by me a very good book run by a class guy in the industry. After being hornswagled by BI they are one of the last few books I actually trust along with Bookmaker/DSI!

    If Heritage or 5Dimes were to actually screw people (not in the sense of closing business and paying off full balances but actually taking money) I think it would be huge for the industry. I personally wouldn't play offshore anymore because then I would know flat out even the "good" guys are dirty.

    Even WSEX having issues was a pretty big deal years ago.. they are barely limping along.

    People I'm not saying they are bad. They are still good but they used to be so outstanding that they stood out even among a+ books. I tried to deposit $200 using ** today. Give them my info and they tell me ** rejecting my transaction and I have no idea why. Heritage tells me to call **. I Call ** and they tell me everything is correct. I had to waste an hour of my time to go through this trouble and miss 7pm Michigan game bet. So frustrating sigh...,,

    I started playing with Heritage in early 2012, and so far I am blown by their services. Definitely one of the top places to play at this moment.
