So. I have had an account with partypoker for well over a decade as I used to play poker when I was younger. I recalled a few weeks ago one of the video poker games they offer on there called Kooka Keno Poker. Back then I didnt quite have the bankroll as to sit for long periods of time playing on the casino or the desire really. But I remembered recently enough that they have the following odds table for this game in which there is no other video poker game like it.

Royal Flush	250	A, K, Q, J, and 10 of the same suit, without using the joker.	500	A, K, Q, J, and 10 of the same suit using the joker.
Five of a Kind			100	Four cards of the same rank, plus the joker.

Now I dont recall any video poker game on this planet that offers odds that pay HIGHER with the conjunction of a joker than without. Also any hand of a fullhouse or higher will initiate the KENO bonus round in which you can also win more money. I have on 2 occasions on $5 bets won $2500 on the bonus round. Which to me makes me laugh considering how hard it is to get 8 out of 10 numbers in keno. But ill take it!

Anyhow. I played what must be about ten thousand hands of this game at a rate of either $2 per hand or mostly $5 per hand and lost over 11 thousand dollars in. this time. Some but not a lot of this money on other games that i know in the long run will lose money. I dont have the payout percentage to this game and i could also find no information on such online. My problem after playing for so long was i must have had 500 or so hands that finished off with me holding 3 cards to a royal flush and the joker but with the 5th card being a brick. Most of the situations of which i arrived to this final hand were drawing with a joker and 2 out of 3 royal cards. Many also were drawing with 3 royals and the joker. Seeing as i have a joker in my hand that would mean i only need 1 out of the remaining two available royal flush cards for the 500-1 payout. In these 500 or so hands i was able to get this royal flush with a joker TWICE. I eventually came to the point where i realized that bad luck was no longer a factor and that this was most obviously a software issue. I decided to bring this issue up with my VIP status account with the hosts about my concerns with this game!

Well eventually I spoke to Martin T who of course like everyone else is immediately instructed to tell you its just a bad streak even if the bad streak happens to put you at a mathematical place on this universe in which you are also going to be chosen as the first man to walk on planet Pluto! After raising my concerns and of course leading nowhere with these would be thieves/criminals I had suggested at one time analyzing the hands I was playing and bringing up my concerns with **** who was the processor of my deposits. Whether or not they give a shit was not something I was even at the point of considering yet. Either way after ending my conversation with the chat people I discover that when trying to log into my account they blocked my access to my account.

So for merely suggesting that their game is penetrating rigged they take a user who deposited over 11 grand in 2 weeks and block access to their account? Well after being put back on with Martin T and explaining that there is no reason for them to be blocking my access whatsoever and that I was now trying to log on to get a history of the hands I have played on my account. He will only grant me access to my account if I send an email from my registered account that I accept all deposits I have made from my **** account!! LOL. Only then will they re open my account.

So by losing 11 grand and being VIP on their site I am now under obligation to agree to new terms that nobody else has to agree to and that I need to basically say that they have no wrong doing in my complaints in order for me to get to my account in which I may get my hand history for the possible purposes of using this information to prove that they are in fact penetrating me out of my money. Extortion? Blackmail? I dont know which. One thing is for sure cheating me and anyone else playing this and most likely every other game they have now that I see this. Of course all their games are tested of course . No money under the table could possibly reach any of those testers right? lol. The proof is in the play! I tested it myself and guess what. Your game is penetrating rigged and now im not allowed to access my account until i agree to as such.

Would love to know what people think of this or have any of their own experience to add to this.

It simply comes down to needing either of 2 cards. 2 in 48 remaining cards.. and those 2 remaining cards pay out 500-1. Its not a Royal. Its a royal with a joker which is not the most difficult thing to get unless you happen to be getting the 2 cards that are in the remaining 48 cards at a rate of 2 in 1000 or so. Bad luck in 480 of these cases would be around 10 or 12 out of 480... 2 is just not even possible. Possible in 100 billion hands maybe. Possible in the first 2 weeks? No penetrating chance.

They didnt block your account for saying it is rigged, they blocked it because you basically threatened charging back your deposits, which is why you are in the spot you are in now.
