I still haven't received any payment yet, been waiting 3weeks now and i still can't even get an answer. Last week i was assured that a note was on my account that i would get my payout early this week, and now they say they don't even have any more info. Sure feels like im getting stiffed by these guys, i hope everyone knows whats going on here. I only even tried them because of the SBR rating C and i even placed bets according to the rating. I have never been stiffed by a book, except for the Beted but they got busted. I filed a complaint a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything back in over a week and a half. Not sure what the issue is here and not sure how SBR doesn't have any payout complaints with them, as im not getting any satisfaction at the moment. This has to be my first ever real complaint with a book, had they not been rated a C and say a D i probably would have never even gave them a shot. But wondering if SBR can tell me what to do? not like i complain about books everyday in the 2 years i have been here at SBR. Also what i can't figure out, is reading on the rating page how can Dimeline bailout another book when people got screwed but they can't seem to pay me a $1000 payout.

Yes i know its a C rated book exactly why i placed my bets with C rated in my head, not A rated. I have been paid by every D book i have played with and fast also. What i want to know is why on earth are they rated C if i haven't been payed anything yet? It was stated on the site that this method takes 7days not 3 weeks, also something to note that last week they took this method of the site and the p2p methods went from 3-5 days to 7-14 days. Also noted they tried to pull a fast 1 on me when i was in the process of doing my rollover for the bonus i took and try and say some of my bets didn't count.

Well i got a few messages from Lou asking about what happened but this was a week and a half ago. Since then i don't know anything more than that. 3weeks and i haven't even gotten 1 payout how long will it take to get another payout? All in all just a bad situation so far that im in here.
U guys know i won't complain about a book unless its about something, and this is just BS so far.

It could be worse buddy, at least your book is still open and they answer phones and all that good stuff..i have 6k+ in a book that closed up and i will never get it, and they were a b rated book..your situation sucks but the chances are good that you will get your money eventually.

This is the mp withdrwl, i was thinking of canceling for a p2p but it has already been this long. I requested this before i even realized about p2p, but whats the point if they haven't even paid me yet and its this long already.

I know i was thinking of reuping at betislands a few weeks before all that happened. Never did i see that coming, as i used them in the past and only thing that saved me was that i was up on them and couldn't get bonuses anymore.

DIMELINE IS pathetic, i can't believe i sent them as many deposits as i did, live chat will just ignore you if you ask a simple question. and 14 business days for a p2p is just a scam tactic to hope the player has a change of heart and hits them up to cancel the withdrawl and loes his balance. I will never play here again. p2p was 2-3 days when i first began depositing.

Well i kinda took the word of others here, since there were no complaints about no pays. I don't mind trying out places and give them some action, but what really appealed to me what that they have poker on the lock network. I was hoping i could find a new home for poker with sports all to get paid faster than at playing on Lock directly. But i deposited a few hundred to test out poke with no luck, so i deposited some more money but took out a bonus. Now im here today w/ just over 3k in this place and haven't even got 1 payout from them yet. This is not my only out by far and its not like i can't make this $ back, but its still my $ and i won it fair and square why shouldn't i get paid because of the C rating that is on the SBR board. I mean if they were running a no pay shop like Oddsmaker which is F why is this place not rated the same and i would have avoided them at all costs?

If there is 1 thing that i hope everyone has learned from the past couple weeks , regardless of whether you had money stolen from you or not, is that these ratings mean very little, if anything.

My weekly update. Spoke with Lou 2 days ago and he talked to management, they said they would pay me p2p in 24-48 hours that was Thurs. night. I haven't got anything yet. 2 days will be exactly a month and i haven't even gotten 1 payout yet from them. I will continue to update weekly on the status, if they send me this payout in what they say u will probably here from me before.

i had a very large screwup with this book when they were with future bet many years ago.. a third party processor fuked up all deposits and closed. i had deposited a lot with them and the procssor doubled charged my bank account. The processer went out of buisness. either way i deposited about 4000 and won about 10k. i lost the 4000 plus the amount that was double charged and dimeline refused to pay me the 10 k so i lost all of it.. that was about 6 years ago i think so this book can rot in hell.

I remember when DL got bumped up to C because I made a minimal deposit there to try it out. The only reason I tried them was because back then I took SBR ratings more at their face value then I do now.
