    guys i dont like to give books props but after seeing thread after thread about crap

    books. the only book that has hands down been the best to work with has been Heritage to me. A little history on the books ive played at. Belmont, betus, TheGreek, bookmaker, Betcris, sportsbook, bodog, a few others i cant remember the name but by far Heritage is above and beyond any of them. Number one thing about a book is due they pay in a timely manner i give Heritage an A never had one issue. customer service A always been taken care of with any problems. Contest no book has as many contest as Heritage. Freeplays another A cash on losses and birthdays and cash back on casino losses.

    Do yourself a favor and look at the history Heritage is the only book that will take care of issues. Even with the Cory issue they sent him back all the money he deposited. You think Tony would have done anything like that? Dont be fooled only one book out there right now worth our business good luck everyone hope we dont ever run into another Betislands issue.

    I must demur because the two are not mutually exclusive. I want to know not only that I WILL be paid but also relatively QUICKLY. I don't want to hear the 21-60 business days crap. They received my money within minutes of me sending it so...

    its never taken longer than 1 week for me to get paid thats A+ in my book the only other book thats paid me on time was thegreek

    I get tired of saying how good they are.
    When their biggest negative people complain about is they don't give enough freeplays to inactive players at X-Mas time you know they are doing something right.

    Their upper management is just as good as we had at Betjamaica. If you have a problem/issue they will make it right. They are always very prompt to reply to any questions and explain the situation in details that make sense.

    Just opened an acct a couple months ago. Wish I would have joined sooner. Payouts as quick as ive ever had, and if youre willing to pay the fees, multiple P2P'S every day of the week.
