Im playing poker on Bwin for almost 3 years, i have verified account, made many withdrawals. Now they moved player pool to the new soft, i played some games then made withdraw. Next morning i woke up and account blocked. i called them, and they told me that they dont know the reason why my account is blocked and i have to wait for email. Anyone have the same problem ?

Same here. I tried to log in the day after the update. I got a message my account was closed. I emailed them and they said they would send an email when everything was ok. One week later I tried again, still unable to log in, no email from Bwin, and I sent them an email. And they have not answered.

Really bad customer service. I have filed a complaint at SBR.
