    5 dimes...strange withdrawl issue

    Not many posts, but long time player with 5 dimes, Bovada, WSEX. Only been using 5Dimes for quite a while now.

    Always use ** for withdrawls since very quick availability of funds & never an issue.

    Recently did a ** withdrawl, funds were sent to wrong state & thus cannot pickup. After multiple calls trying to get state corrected I cannot get resolution from 5 dimes. Tues reached a very friendly person and he advised a new ** with new info would need to be reissued and he would do, days later this has not been done. After 3 additional calls they advise the info has been updated with **, but of course is not when verifying with **. Each call to 5 dimes they state to give it time to update.

    Anyone face this issue, ever able to get them to correct?

    Did you get confirmation from ** that something in your name was indeed sent to another state?

    Yes indeed, spoken with w union mulitple times and confirm I have money to recieve...even 5dimes admits they see the issue is funds sent to wrong state.

    This morning they advised union's system should update by 2pm est, if not call them back (should be instant). It wasn't, called 5dimes and now they are saying 24 hours.

    Never have gotten the run around from them before, but feels like it now.
