    Unibet problem

I signed up to Unibet on 19-09-2012. I received their standard bonus of 20€ and placed some bets. I made two withdrawals of 400€ and 278€ and received the money in couple of hours with no problem. I was having a good experience with them until two weeks ago.
Their advent calendar was offering a 25% bonus up to 50€. I deposited 200€, placed around 10 live bets on low odds and managed to reach to a 293€ balance (43€ profit). I didn’t even finish my rollover and all the sudden when I try to log I realize my account is blocked.
I contacted them via email since their live chat doesn’t work , on the past 14-12-2012 and I was told that my account is permanently closed and if there were any funds I would need to send my documents in order to withdraw them. I wasn’t given any reason for the account being closed.
I sent my documents promptly; ID national card (front and back), proof of address and moneybookers screenshot showing my account number and name. All the documents were sent in JPEG format.
After 2 days!!!! i finally received an email claiming that i only sent my ID card and the other documents were missing, which is a lie and i can prove it. I sent them the documents again, plus a screenshot of my email box clearly showing the attachments of the first email.
In the next day (17-12-2012) I received an email, this time claiming that they weren´t able to open my documents and asking me to send them again in another format.
For the THIRD TIME i sent my documents, this time in 2 formats each one, both JPEG and PDF. Since then i don’t have an answer yet. Im still waiting for an answer for 3 days and for my money.
I´m waiting for another excuse not to pay me.
I noticed on SBR forum other complaints about Unibet. On Portuguese forums the same happened to a lot of people in Portugal. It seems that i am just another person caught in this stealing process.
Unibet has been a great company, I see unibet promotion in a lot of events in Europe but this is clearly robbery. They are giving me excuses in every email to delay my payment.
Worth mentioning the fact that their live chat doesnt work for a couple of weeks.

    Please help me with this.

Unibet has a history of not commenting or refusing to discuss claims. The best course of action and one recommended in most instances is for players to contact their licensing body, who have the authority to force Unibet to sort a claim (though they often do nothing), that is the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.

You can file such a claim against a book licensed in Malta here: https://www.playresponsibly.org.mt/complaints.aspx

What do you mean with "they often do nothing"?

Unibet keeps their players funds and no one cares? Is that what licensing is for?

There are no rules anymore. Bookies can simply take your money and run.

Essentially thats exactly how it is offshore at the moment. If a book can remotely find a reason to stiff a customer, they certainly will. Some do it without reason which seems to be whats happening with you. I had issues last year with that book and got my money out and said see ya. Hope you get your cash bro
