This was the first book I ever used for offshore. I got a local for a few years then got with the greek and Betjam. I guess now would be a good time to start back up with them.

Im not promoting them. I used them over 10 years ago, I doubt if they're a scam since they are still around all this time. I'm only using Heritage at the moment.
