    Unibet scam behaviour

    Hello,

I am a Unibet customer since February 2008, never had a problem with them before.
2 weeks ago, on December 8th, I received an email from Unibet offering me a 25% deposit bonus, maximum 50 euro bonus.
I deposited 200 euro, and the 50 euro deposit bonus were credited in my account, everything seemed ok.
A few days later, did not made any bet from that money, I tried to login into my account, and the login page
always refuse to login with the message "wrong password".
I emailed Unibet on the 17th December, and get an answer on the same day telling me that my account was closed forever, and they don't have to explain why, because that is what the rules say, the customer doesn't need to know why the account was closed and the funds kept, don't know if stolen is the right word (for now...)
In the same email, they asked me for my documents, id, moneybookers printscreen and utility bill, wich I sent the same day.
The point is they sent an email with bonus offer to tease customers to deposit, then closed my account and kept my money.
How fair is this and how this industry will survive with this kind of behaviour from sportsbooks like Unibet?

For me, it's over, just want my 200 euro deposit back to my moneybookers account, this behaviour is disgusting.

    All the best

Wow, how scummy a site can get? You should post all the email from unibet with timeline. This is just as bad a SBG Global call me at home phone to con me to deposit $1200 for $400 bonus with rollover never end and no rollover tracking system either. They won't let me forfeit my bonus although I have wager tons of it in mma betting. They basically free roll my $1200, they hope I lose it all and if I win, no way they will let me cash out.

I been saying the economy can only support 2 or 3 sporting sites, all of them struggle to survive. They looking for reason to give them self a license to steal and scam their clients. Those new site pop up every second run like a ponsi scheme. We as a community should choose 3 legit site and transfer all our fund to those 3 sites, let the rest of them belly up.

Unibet Europe closed my account 6+ months ago because I live in Australia and it acquired an Australian Bookmaker. I was told to open a new account with the Australian operation. At the time my Unibet Europe account was closed I had a couple of ante-post football bets in play. I was assured these would be honored if they won.

Well, these bets were won by me 3 weeks ago and despite my numerous requests to Unibet Europe to pay me the money I have been shrugged off without payment. Excuses such as too busy, will be looked at/investigated in due course etc. Unibet Australia says it can't help because it's got nothing to do with Unibet Europe.

Anyone contemplating opening a Unibet Europe account be very careful. Since I opened my original account a couple of years ago have always found it to be unresponsive and has very poor customer service. One of the worst European operators - unresponsive, time waster and definitely one to avoid if at all possible.
