    Many books use the same processors. Even if this was Pinnacle, Heritage, Bookmaker, etc stuff like this happens with sending money p2p. I've gone through the same stuff, but it is what it is. It isn't BI's fault.

    As someone said, I don't know why your casino limits have been cut, but consider your lucky. Also, was this in bonus play or reg $$$ play?

    I've been with them since they became mainstream. Yes it was nice with their original reps who would do anything for you. The reps now are very capable of doing things as well.

    I'd say 75% of negative posts are by people who use this forum as a mouthpiece to get a fp. I've done it before thinking Jon will swoop in and compensate me. He will read it here first and I have some leverage. People chime in and I have more leverage. Jon's also brought me back to reality, talking logically to me. If you feed stray cats, they will continue to come back expecting a meal is there.

    Now in regards to the OP, going through the ordeal about the p2p is rough. Not a good experience, coupled with some other things. I'm not saying he is a begger, he isn't. Feedback is good. I could feel your pain with the p2p hassle. Again, it could have been at A books.

    If anyone is complaining/bashing in hopes of getting a handout they that is pathetic. Betislands has it's good marks I.E payouts quick and easy(usually) and there are a few things I dislike but for the most part their a decent book with an owner who does go the extra mile to make it's players happy. I could see how some lowlifes would take advantage.

    Jon is not the Tony from 5Dimes that curses his clients. Would hothead Tony come here to help anybody? Of course not!
    BI is a small book and rec book at that. If you look around you notice that it indeed is one of the best in it's class. Seems like their CS is not as sharp as it used to be. That probably is true. So now when Jon is aware of it- give them a chance to work on it!

    While I agree that BI seems to be the recipient of more loud complaints than they probably should, I will say that I am not impressed with their customer service. In the past 3 weeks I have e-mailed them about 6-7 times on a rollover issue and once on a limits issue. I received no reply to the rollover issue from CS and finally contacted them by live chat to speak with Jon. He got on the line and told me the issue would be resolved within 36 hours, that some of the information had to be culled from the old servers. I thanked him for explaining what was taking so long, although I still don't understand the complete lack of response by their customer service department. And by the way, it's been a week and still I have had no information.

    With respect to the limits issue I e-mailed them and the initial response to me was same day. However, that was to ask me a question and not to actually resolve the issue. I have not heard back from them since my reply.

    I understand books are busy and that they have many clients. But this is a book that was recommended to me because of their customer service and quick payouts. Not only that, it's a book that touts it's customer service repeatedly on the SBR Forum. And while I have yet to request a payout from them, if their payout service is anything like their customer service, it's really nothing to write home about. I truly get better customer service at Bookmaker.

    I still do not quiet understand how this makes us a " bad " book when we do our best for clients there are not many books that do what we do to try and keep our clients happy.

    I didn't say you were a bad book, I said I wasn't impressed with your customer service. There's no reason for your CS department not to respond to 7 e-mails from me. It's not like I'm asking for some super secret nuclear code. If your goal apart from making money is to keep your clients happy, I would think it would be important for you to respond to your clients.

    Not sure what your problem with BI is...and you admit you've never played there, but you're off here....I'm the most critical guy of offshore books of any dude on the gambling forums......and the truth is BI has always paid me within a few hours of request(over 10 times)..as well as great lines and great CS....only problem being when the site went down a couple times...For a time I was ticked off at this book but mostly due to my own shitty bets I was making a couple months back....BI is one of the 3 good books for Americans left imo...up there with Heritage, and much as it pains me to say it from time to time, Youwager....Bookmaker obviously too but I love to bet MLB and their .20 lines are a joke.

    I use them from time to time. In todays market there as good as anyone else for what they are. Of course I dont like the websites going down and such, and even though everyone else appears to have got freeplays and I got nothing (must be due to having an actual balance) i will continue to play here. Current set up prevents it from being primary shop as previoulsy didnt have overnights and doesnt have exactly what I am looking for but I will continue to use when there model fits mine.

    And I requested a payout and within 24 hours had the info(always a plus)

    It all depends what you are looking for in a book. If you wanna bet more than 1k a pop or get paid out quickly for large amounts BI probably isn't the place for you.

    I just wish they'd work on their transparency/customer communication. If they did they wouldn't have all these annoying posts and complaints because people would have a clue wtf is going on around there. Instead they decide to hide behind chat operators that they seem to change almost monthly and have currently limited their WD options. Not a good sign. I've also noticed they have this 100% freeplay which is another bad sign when books are begging for deposits. Regardless of my beliefs on how to run a book I think there are far worse options out there than BI. I think Jon should lock up registrations for a while until they get it back on track. RW is a great example of a similar type shop that does an amazing job at doing what BI seems to want.

    I got 2 payouts last week in a matter of a couple hours and they have always bent over backwards. Jons a busy guy and they have definatly went through some changes, but its my primary book. Dealing with a few techincal issues is still much better then worrying about getting paid. I only use 2 books with the other being heritage and when i have a problem i cringe at having to talk to the cs at heritage though because its usually a hassel and the answer is always no. Here its usually pretty quick answer. Jons a cool guy too if you get to talk to him. I have been there pretty much from the beginning after betjam closed down. I am sure all of this techical stuff will get worked out soon btw
    Can you change those 40 cent lines on soccer totals back to 15 or 20 at least

    I do not understand your post about hiding behind chat operators? I am always available to every client and I am very clear with all of our issues.

    You are correct we are a recreational sportsbook with a $2000 max bet , if you want more than that there are a few different options out there but they do not offer the 108 juice + free half points.

    Regrading our promotions I have offered up to 30% cash + 30% freeplay up to $5000 and people have always gotten paid out. Like I posted on another thread it is not out of the ordinary for a book to offer a nice bonus around the holiday season. And 100% freeplay is not a " crazy " bonus in my opinion.

    We have not limited our WD options but ceased to offer one for a few weeks which we will be offering again very soon.

    Locking up registrations has nothing to do with a book " getting on track " we have always been on track yes we were down 2 times in the past month but everything else is business as usual.

    It just seems that with Betislands everything gets a thread started or people blow it up.

    Ones claiming they're not legit seem to be new to the sports-betting game...

    Wanna see some non-legit shit? Go into the Sportsbook/Industry sub-forum and check out the BetOnline complaints-they fill half the dam forum...or read some of the WSEX horror stories..

    First off I am not starting this to try and get something free. I do however want Jon to know that the decline in the books quality and perception in the past 30 days is highly visible. When I first started and up until recently, if there was every ANY problem, it was fixed immediately. If the person you were talking to couldn't fix it, they would find the person who could and make it happen right there. Now, I have issues, all I run into is oh thats upper management decision, can't question what they say. No explanations, no communication, nothing.

    My casino limits were lowered to $100, then $50, and again today to $25. Again, with absolutely no communication.

    As far as my last deposit goes. I know they didn't do it intentionally, but the fact is I spent two weeks clearing up their mistake for giving me a bad name to send to, plus sending in verification documents, plus losing out on the sending fee, plus a cash advance fee, etc. And all I got was a "Oh well go talk to **". I spent hours going back and forth with BI and M**G to get it resolved. BI finally did refund the fee that M**G wouldnt, but only after I deposited $200 more with them.

    As of now, the payout issue has been resolved by Jon so I have no complaints about that. All I am saying is the customer service has not been up to par with the norm in the last 30 days and it has not gone unnoticed. As a player who has been loyal, and referred several people to the site, I feel I deserve the respect of communication.

    I am not saying they are not legit. In fact they are still a very good book. It is not however as great as it was up until recently.
