I see from looking at past posts betmania has had some problems with payouts. Betphoenix took them over. Is one better than the other? Has anyone had problems with betmania?

Betmania was taken over by Phoenix , just like Wagerchief.com was a few weeks ago.
No payouts complaints and they seem to be running a good shop , Phoenix is on the way to becoming a GIANT in this game , their facilities are great and their management is solid so being backed by them does say alot.
