I appreciate that Casino770 has been around for a while, but has anybody had any payouts at all from the new Bet770.com yet? I'm getting concerned that no-one in the forums I participate in has yet to receive anything, and my 230GBP withdrawal has been declined and returned to the sportsbook balance twice, the first time with no comment, the second with an email telling me they had returned the money to the sports account, but also containing this gem;

"You have also the possibility to use this amount in order to place bets on our site."

Now, although it appears no-one has yet been paid from this new operation, there is a complication to my particular case. I won a 20gbp bet at high odds which returned 230gbp. This was a 'bonus on lose' type opening offer i.e. a £20 bonus would be credited if I had lost. I won, however, and would expect a balance of 230gbp, and indeed the 'history' shows this winning amount. My account balance sits at 250gbp, and so 20gbp has appeared out of nowhere. I cannot get a meaningful reply from CS about this. The T&Cs for the offer say nothing of any WR or other requirements if your bet wins. Also, I am not new to this game and am certain that the balance should be 230, not 250, and have rechecked several times

Any comments welcome, please - especially reports of the payout status of others, or effective means of contacting them. Thanks all.

Thanks. However, as some of the more experienced members of the board will no doubt be able to explain to you, arbing in a potential no-pay scenario is a bad idea.

Doesn't anyone have experience with the 770 group. Has no-one else had problems? They seem pretty much uncontactable, in terms of getting any sort of meaningful response from CS.

What would you do in my position, guys?

I don't know who they are or anything about them but if they don't let you withdraw and you've got no rollover to complete or ID to provide then there's possibly little you yourself can do other than to call them until they pay out. If they've a regulator, write to them. Or just file a complaint with SBR and see if they can make contact on your behalf.

1.Bonus not given, said that this (100% to 50 EUR) a bonus they do not. Although he is still hanging in the French version of the site.
2. My first deposit was via moneybookers will do is not from my account and an account of my wife. Now they say that for that to withdraw the money, I must replenish your account with bet770 to your account in moneybookers. But I have his no.
If I knew that you can not do so, I would have not gone there, but they have rules in a single word about it!

I'll hang fire for the moment if that's OK, as a lot of people have now reported being paid (although they were very very slow for everyone), and I've had a phone call and a request for ID. The book was mentioned on a number of UK forums. It's being targeted at the UK and is supposed to be in English, but their site and emails lapse into French quite a bit. They need to sort that out, but it does look like teething problems to me. My research suggests that based on their casino business, they are a bit chaotic, can change the rules as they go along, but the majority of people get there in the end.

I can post more info if you want me to, but at the moment I'm expecting to get the payout eventually.
