The interface is easy to use and understand. I got used to the layout and bet selection very quickly. The betting options for me, a recreational bettor, are more than enough. This time, for whatever reason, something went wrong and my acct wasn't credited. Though I had a confirmation saying my payment was accepted! I was freaked out that my money was gone. At first, Ucabet's customer service confirmed my fears and said they didn't see a payment. The CS rep said he would investigate and get back to me. Sure enough he did, within a few hours. He told me he couldn't figure it out but that he would inform his supervisor who would call me in the morning. That's exactly what happened. She called me and said she would get to the bottom of my issue but said she couldn't promise me anything. I got an email an hour later that she had located the discrepancy and credited my account. I was very relieved.
