I think you are stuck with having to take at least a few payments this way.

Once those have been processed I suggest you go back to them again and ask for the change to Bitcoin, after they can show that a significant amount of money has gone to an actual bank account in the right name.
Not sure you follow what I am saying. I am not arguing against blasting BM publicly nor against insisting to be paid in BTC. What I am saying is that you should never admit publicly that you intend to break the law. Especially when the entity you are blasting is likely reading this statement and has enough of your personal information to make an anonymous complaint to one of the most viscous enforcement agencies in the country.

As of now ???? What about before … withholding money from the customer was ultimately my point follow that.

They needed to be blasted as it was clear they were wrong, they knew they were wrong, but were still refusing to do the right thing anyway.

It's definitely not always the right course of action. And in some cases it ruins any chance of reasonable negotiation.

A last resort, when it's clear, is my opinion.

    How do you know?

We have seen several new posters over recent months making a concerted effort to buy lots of BM/JB accounts and signup gnomes. Way more intense about it than I have seen before.

And suddenly Bookmaker is nailing a bunch of people.

The truth is out there, but I am not sure that you know what it is this time.

Be careful about who you rattle cages for, for your own sake.

My net win is a lot and if i keep it in btc I can drip it into my account as needed or even sell it for cash. Not to mention all the other issues that 25k wire per week will cause with my bank asking questions. If they wanna make sure its me then they dont gotta send the whole thing, thats a very reasonable compromise

Congrats on the progress. Well, I hope BM's request for banking information is progress, and not a delay tactic.

Not sure how much leverage you have on the Payment method. As far as the book is concerned, $25k is $25k --- they're not responsible for people paying (or not paying) tax.

And I've done it all since 2019 -- paid tax, received a 1099-K, a 1099-MISC, etc. It is a pain in the butt. But you're "supposed" to file & report anyways.

Tushy, what is going to be your course of action if you get severely limited or dropped by the domestic books?

If the offshores are resorting to bush league tactics then that's going to put the pinch on players who swing big and win.

This would've never happened 3 yrs ago before sports betting became legal in 38 states. That's severely cutting into their profit margin so now what was a reputable book like BM is going the way of mybookie.ag with this shady shit. Not to beat a dead horse, but the one thing they're worried about is bad publicity on social media. The screenshots that I mentioned earlier might not do you any good putting them on blast here, but they'd get the job done if you posted them in various gambling spaces like gambling Twitter, sportsbook discord & gambling reddit. As for all these arbitrary demands they're making on you out the blue, it's nothing but a stall tactic to make you lose hope relying on your frustration. With that said, keep at it & don't give them the satisfaction of closing your account without at least a somewhat reasonable explanation on their part which they won't have.

I did everything they asked besides showing a utility bill of my text now number. Its like they are cherry pickin the one thing that i cant provide and focusing on that and ignoring everything else. I cant be the only person who signs up for gambling sites without their real number? And even so, that justifies 3 weeks of account disabled and poor communication? It aint making sense

That's the only proof you have when you're dealing with an unregulated offshore book regardless of their reputation. Never ran up a balance as high as yours so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt & take you at face value.
    * Even at DraftKings, there's no way I'm not screenshotting a bet like this (with the reference #) just in case there are any irregularities in terms of it being graded a winner & reflected in my balance. Short story longer, screenshot everything pertinent.
