    it's not unusual that they cut global limits on unprofitable markets instead of imposing personal limits. Cycling limits went down from $500 to $50 over the past couple of years, for example.

    But just post some of yours, to compare, if you like. I currently see 250 for tomorrow's Eurocup matches and 125 for CL, for example.

    Hi all,

    I am seeking some advice about my bookmaker account.

    I opened it before the basketball season and have been winning betting on basketball outside of the US: Euroleague, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, China, South Korea, etc. They hadn't removed me from the Betpoints program yet, so I redeemed all of my Betpoints, after which I understandably was restricted from accumulating or using Betpoints anymore. However, in addition to this, my limits in every foreign basketball market except Euroleague were cut in half. I have asked support about this but they deny that my limits are different from the global limits, which could be true if they halved the global limits at the same time coincidentally.

    Has anyone had this issue? Is there anyway to restore the full standard limits (if it is true that this is for my account only)?

    Its not alarming. Companies like BM payout tons of players every week. Week in and week out. You just never hear about it. I am not talking about poorly rated books. You play at those place, you are asking for trouble. Good books have been around for decades and earned their reputation.

    How many times does someone start a thread about how fast they got paid?

    Ya I have been at BM as long as you. Never had an issue. Nothing that I had to post of a forum. They ain't perfect. No book is. They have humans working there so there will be some mistakes made sometimes. That will happen in every business. You got verified in less than a day. Nearly everyone does as well. Regardless of how long you have been with them. I don't see many threads started by those people saying how quickly they were verified an Betonline or BM or .... or how quick they got their payout.

    Did you see that one thread from a new poster? 3 posts total in his history and 3 complaints about 3 different books. 99% of them are liars and scammers. They come on forum to play the victim. I know this first hand.

    Dwight this is getting alarming though. If you are this understaffed that you can't get people paid in a month it's an issue. Bidens Offshore. LOL. I was put into the KYC last year after playing with BM for over 17 years but I knew people and my Host if you would call her that got me verified in less than 24 hours. Nothing should take over a few days to verify.

    Hello all!
    Exactly a month has passed since the beginning of KYC.I sent all the documents and did not receive any response. This is simply outrageous!Reading this topic, I realized that many people have this problem. Tomorrow I will try to write in X to and make an advertisement for them. I think that all people should take any steps so that everyone on the Internet knows what a piece of crap bookmaker.eu!

    some of Bookmaker's features/lines/betting types are location-dependent. So if you don't see markets others do, I guess you may be affected by this.

    My thoughts are they are playing games with you, but if you elect to bet and would lose it's on you. If you feel they are treating you unfairly stop playing with bookmaker.eu and cash out and move on.. It seems to me they don't really want your business... Congrats.

    screwed over by bookmaker.eu

    -I was able to withdraw on Monday December 30th.
    I went up a ton the last 2 days and now they wont let me withdraw.
    -On Tuesday i tried to withdraw but it never went through and for about 48 hours now it has just said:"We are sorry Currently you do not have available withdrawal options.
    Your account needs further actions before taking a payout"-

    I have tried to chat with them l at least 5-6 times. (each time wasting about an hour or so)
    Today at 8 am, one of their chat employees told me that if i emailed "kyc@bookmaker.eu" a photo of my drivers license and a photo of me holding it along with todays date, then i would THEN be able to withdraw."
    However, I did that and am STILL waiting. It is crazy that i just havent been able to withdraw for 48 hours. its very frustrating and disrespectful because I have not been told any good reason why.
    Makes me feel like its bad faith and they hope i am gonna lose the money/ they are trying to avoid paying out. thoughts?

    I’m on mobile so it may look slightly different than the desktop. I can see live betting going on college football right now. The lines were taken off the board because there’s only two minutes left in the first half but they will put it back after the third quarter starts.

    Of course it has live betting. You’re looking in the wrong section. Click on the sport and if there’s a green symbol to the right, that means there are live betting going on in that sport.

    Anyone here ever get a deposit RETURNED to you from Bookmaker because of KYC? Only when you want YOUR money it kicks in strong. They use it to their advantage, nothing else.

    Brooklyn is 100% right. Appears unless you know someone on the inside or blast them on social media, you're stuck waiting for a team in which they've pulled all resources from.

    Hard to blame them since KYC makes them 0 dollars profit. For any old head/existing member, keep firing on BM and for any new player with them, BEWARE. (but really only if you're someone who travels/leaves the country)

    There is no phone number for you to contact them. Costs money to staff phones for clients to call. Not necessary any more for Bookmaker/Betcris.

    I have never had a problem w Bookmaker, used at least a decade, NADA problems. Pretty much the same w BOL and Heritage, well Heritage scammed me out of a CC deposit calling it a charge back, but w BTC deposits now, not an issue, I still use them. Of course when i reported this a Heritage admirer jumped on me and said i was a liar and scammer my self.

    I was gonna ask if anybody else was having a problem logging in to BM, but they just popped back up, and I logged in.
