Background on Bookmaker/Justbet Outstanding KYC Complaints
I don't know anything first hand about what is going on in there right now but I can offer a little insight into why we are seeing so many KYC issues.
For the last 18 months or so Bookmaker has been targeted by a large group. You may have noticed there has been a lot of posts asking to buy accounts there over that time (you may not as they get deleted by mods asap). These are the people operating it.
I'm not sure if it's match fixing or price manipulation or just the volume this group are looking for, but Bookmaker has been seriously struggling to stop it for ages.
As a result, there are many people caught up in the "not important today" KYC queue just on suspicion. I've noticed a lot of these people are in Brazil and Peru. I suspect many of these people are innocent and are just being left long enough to help sort out any genuine people from those that just realize they are caught and go away quietly.
In the past when an SBR poster came on here with one of these KYC issues and it appeared probably genuine to me, I would refer them to the old SBR affiliate rep and ask them to tell him that I had sent them. This rep and I had a good relationship and he knew that I would not send people who I was not fairly sure were bona fide, and in return he would do all he could to fix those issues without argument. He is a main factor in BM enjoyed such a strong reputation on SBR for so long.
Just about every one of the months long KYC cases that I did send ended up with the accounts approved soon after. Which is why I believe the long queue is clogged up with innocent people red flagged on suspicion. Maybe they live in the wrong area, or have bet on the wrong thing at the wrong time and are simply flagged for that to be checked, as an example of what I think it could be.
In recent months that rep has stopped helping or responding to people at all in most cases. I strongly suspect this is because something has changed internally and his ability to get these issues fixed has diminished.
So basically, I don't think all these KYC issues are a sign that that Bookmaker has gone rouge or about to go out of business. But I do think it is a sign that something has changed internally management style wise. And with BetCRIS (who we thought owned BM) recently gaining access to an Arizona license, it's logical to think that all those ties have been cut and that is why the change in style.

I had issues with them last month. They are dead to me after nearly 20 years as loyal customer. This was basically the last place I felt safe offshore. It is unfortunate.Leave a comment:

A three-month wait is already too long. Have you tried contacting support through social media?Leave a comment:

I have been a regular user of Bookmaker.eu for approximately one year. During this time, I successfully verified my account and never had any issues making deposits or withdrawals. However, three months ago, I was asked to undergo an additional verification process. Although I found this request unusual, I promptly submitted all the required documents.
Since then, while I still have access to my account, I have been unable to make withdrawals. I have contacted Bookmaker.eu multiple times via email to inquire about the status of my case, but I have not received any satisfactory response. When I try to reach out to other departments, I am informed that the KYC team is reviewing my case but does not provide any deadlines or clear updates.
Currently, I have a balance of BRL 16,870 in my account, and this prolonged delay, along with the lack of communication, is causing me great frustration.
All documents have been sent. No response.Leave a comment:

I write regularly to email, to live chat. I do not receive any response to the email.
In the live chat they say that KYC has no time frame. In April it will be a year since my story has been going on. The amount is less than 1500 USDLeave a comment:

A bit odd that they restrict sharp players from markets they never bet on anyway, but well... better this way than a more targeted approach.

i didnt know about the darts and rugby, but sure enough they are disabled for me also. i'm a U.S. player so it's not a regional thing. they are just restricting sharp accounts is my guess.Leave a comment:

this is not just European accounts. U.S. accounts also. I haven't been able to parlay in years. Recently they stopped offering regional MMA events (same thing with the empty folder).Leave a comment:

I read the whole topic and I see that most people have problems with payments at bookmaker.eu
Has anyone had delays or problems with payments at bookmaker justbet.co ?Leave a comment:

Has anyone stuck in Bookmaker KYC got any response from them? I've emailed them, their supervisors, dm'd on instagram, every contact I can find. At the point I'd pay someone a few thousand to get this resolved if that's allowed!!Leave a comment:

it started a couple of years ago with the removal of
- ITF Tennis
- Parlays/Teasers etc
now they added
- MMA - Other Leagues
- Darts
- Rugby
+ potentially moreLeave a comment:

They started to restrict customers from parts of their markets a couple of years ago, so it's probably just another sport added to the list. As I mentioned above, it's the same for non-UFC MMA now.
Can't check personally at the moment, but I guess you have a non-US account as well?Leave a comment:

it's not unusual that they cut global limits on unprofitable markets instead of imposing personal limits. Cycling limits went down from $500 to $50 over the past couple of years, for example.
But just post some of yours, to compare, if you like. I currently see 250 for tomorrow's Eurocup matches and 125 for CL, for example.
Brings me to another odd thing. When not logged in I can see they have darts matches on offer (they offer the PDC events and the Online Live League that runs daily). But when logged in I just end up getting an empty screen when opening the darts tab (first image). And to make it even stranger: when I put in a search for the darts players name the matches on offer pop up in the results (second image), but when I click on the matches I just end up getting nothing again...

FWIW, I’ve never had one of those actually get accepted. Still annoying and wish it would just decline the bet.Leave a comment:

pending - your wager is still not accepted in my open bets. accept it or don't.Leave a comment:

Sometimes limits are not changed or are incorrectly changed but that's just human error and only happens from time to time on the odd day.Leave a comment:

Sorry, didn't see it in time.
I'm not limited in certain leagues. In others (the large majority) I'm limited to 50%. They also completely removed some leagues (Argentina, for example).
For 01/09 I have (sides):
not limited
NBA - 3K
NCAA - 1K
Euroleague - 3k
limited
Eurocup Women - 125
Denmark - 125
Iceland - 50
Israel - 50
Sweden - 125
China - 500
South Korea - 500
South Korea W - 125
Australia - 250
Limits for different leagues change from time to time, especially smaller leagues.
ITF tennis is the only league I am aware of that they remove from some accounts, even ones that never actually bet on it before.Last edited by SirtySree; 01-09-25, 12:37 AM.Leave a comment:

as I mentioned before, things also vary based on location, though. European accounts generally are more restricted than US'.
Which limits do you see for those basketball leagues, though, for comparison? Over here, ML limits are now up to $1500 for Champions League Basketball.

Yeah ML limits go up to 1500 now the night before and morning of in the US - used to be 3000. It seems it isn't a personal limit since you are also seeing this.Leave a comment:
