    I don't really have any personal suggestion that might help you get paid faster.

    As others mentioned, you may not have any issue at all. KYC generally can take a week or so there for anyone.

    I have €2650 locked and when I go to the withdrawals field it says the following

    “We are sorry.
    Currently, the virus is not having any viable options.You need to take action before taking a step”
    I really wish I could give you more answers but seeing as they didn't ever respond, I have no idea. All I did was follow Optional's suggestions and all we can do is try at that point. Ha no I tried everything under the sun for 11 months (especially the first few months).
