one leg of a 3-legged open parlay was a soccer 1H over 0.75... this was a live bet about 10 minutes into the match (still 0x0) where it was clear that they were doing 40-minute halves (friendly match) instead of 45-minute halves. the first half finishes 2x0 and i see that they canceled/voided my bet. chat explained that because of the "nonstandard" halves the bet was voided. have definitely seen bookmaker offer wagering on these friendlies with shortened halves before AND if anything i'm at a disadvantage betting the over in a 40-minute half if the book "supposedly" didn't realize it was so.

only a swing of about $225 (i won the and pushed the other two legs of the parlay), but in spirit i won that bet. a bit insulting to me that they'd stiff someone who has given them a lot of $$$ over the years for $200 bucks but that's the way she goes, fellas.
To be fair this is consistent with how they have graded any ambiguous listing problems for ever.

There have been a number of cases where SBR argued for market voids on behalf of posters for this type of problem.

I don’t know what helped in solving the issue. But I advise everyone not to lose hope. Everything will definitely work out.
I am maintaining a database of all these cases.

For the benefit of the community, could you please let us know:
    • When did you open your JB/BM account?
    • What bonuses did you take?
    • Is the >$20k your total balance?
    • What sports did you bet?
    • Did JB/BM offer you a wire transfer?
    • Which country are you located in?

Congratulations!! No better feeling. Just curious you said it was random, how long had it been since you contacted?

I got my account back a few months ago and wonder if it's something I did here or if they finally just got around to my account lol

    1. A selfie holding a paper with the exact date written on it.
    2. A video recording of me reading out the previous night’s NBA scores.
    3. A recent utility bill.

I promptly complied and submitted all required documents. Shortly afterward, they informed me that I wouldn’t be allowed to withdraw my $49,700 balance via cryptocurrency and insisted on a bank transfer instead. I agreed without hesitation and immediately provided my bank account details.

After submitting my banking information, the situation worsened. Their last request—the utility bill—was sent to me on March 6th. After two months of silence and three follow-up emails from my side, they finally replied that my account was still under investigation and that they would inform me soon. Another month passed, I followed up once more, and received the same vague response. This was the last communication I received.

It has now been 11 months since their last reply. During this period, I’ve sent 13 emails directly to their KYC department at kyc@bookmaker.eu—the only email address they ever used to communicate with me—and received no response. Additionally, their live support team completely ignores my inquiries and refuses to even confirm KYC's team receipt of my emails.

I have a screenshot from a live chat conversation clearly confirming my account balance even after my account was locked.

Due to their continued refusal to respond, I’ve escalated this issue and reported JustBet to all relevant institutions and regulatory bodies. I’ve also contacted every available JustBet and Bookmaker.eu email address I could find but have received zero replies.

They have essentially taken $49,700 from me without explanation or communication, completely disregarding how significantly this affects my life. This is outright fraud—ignoring customers and unlawfully withholding funds.
Post your account ID too. Hopefully the bookmaker rep who appears to have helped Nbaguy33 and others get their accounts looked at will see this post and do the same for you

Went through the same thing (my reason for joining the site). My account randomly was opened up one day (around the 10 month mark) and they allowed me to withdraw in crypto. Odd how they don't didn't ever respond either (after the initial response)

I believe a void would be the correct grading based on the rule you show.

Do you think I didn't fill out the form because I'm a scammer??? Very interesting thought.
For example, they don't accuse me of anything. They just don't answer. However, like all other people))))
If you have information that I'm a scammer - write, I'll know what I'm accused of.
You've been trolling the thread and done nothing suggested but come back and try and bash the book... just like a caught scammer who knows they have no chance of being paid whatever you do.

Additionally, a bookmaker rep appears to be monitoring this thread and other posters accounts have been addressed whilst yours has not. Which is exactly how Bookmaker handle caught scammers. Not that I agree with that policy, but that's how they do it.

So yes, I think you have simply been caught trying to get around the site terms. And I can see you are not going to get any help here. And as you ignored all my posts "begging" people to help us all by submitting to OSGA... I think you are not genuine.

Sorry if you dont like that, or it's overly harsh, or just not right. But YOU made the choice to ignore me and act just like a scammer would. Check cashed pal. No refunds.

    Thanks for the report Rififi

    Very helpful.

Appreciate that someone here is not just whining like a caught scammer and not submitting the form I have posted a link to and asked everyone to fill in 3 or 4 times.

You were given the link several times and even asked to PLEASE fill in that form even if some waster posters here wanted to insist it was useless. But I guess they are just other caught scammers like you who wanted to avoid being queried at all by an independent.

If your account has not been cleared already from your posts here, I can say pretty much with certainty that it never will be and you have been caught.

Now please go away. You have wasted enough of readers time with your misleading BS.

This is a joke. It is hard enough to win, then when you do you have to put up with this. Betcris/Bookmaker is a shell of their previous self. They are to be avoided at all costs.

My account is not closed. I have access but I can't make a withdrawal. Also, some betting categories are limited. For example, table tennis and MMA, which I used to bet on.

UPDATE: My account was identified and I was able to make a withdrawal normally.
