I am sick and tired of these books that cant review proof of id and address documents in 48 hours, If you employ people who are so illiterate and so poorly trained that they cannot make heads or damn tails of a drivers license and cc bill you should find new staff.

If anyone can recommend a book that isn't so damn slow with having players wait 5 business days for verification and another 7-10 for a bank deposit please let me know. Im closing my account with this piece of shit outfit and taking my funds elsewhere, can anyone please recommend a book that is run better than this fake B+ book?
