    I just wanted to make a thread to thank Tony and his team (Omar and Armando) for their collective help settling my issues. From my experience it never helps to be aggressive or angry when you have a problem, just live chat; tell them the issue and politely ask for help. Thanks again 5Dimes and Tony.

    I know they have a bad reputation in CS with many here but whenever I have dealt with them I always have any issues resolved.I mostly use live chat but phone and emails have always worked too. Maybe I've just been lucky but that's been my experience.

    Been their customer for 2 years never had issues of any sort...
