    Tried to make a withdraw this AM. Have done so well between my local and betislands this week was going to take out max p2p and take a few days off and relax.

    They can't even take withdraw requests on Sunday.

    Good thing cause I then put a bet in on the Knicks to win $180.

    Thx betislands for not processing withdraws on Sundays!

    bill was coming in then cancelled. so kurt would fill in for him. then kurt cancelled, so he tried to get alonso but he said no. so the only one in the entire building to answer the phone is the maid kritinze but she only speaks spanish

    Hi Guys,

    I apologize for the hassle , but trying to get through on game day will usually take more time than any other day in the week.

    When I come into a thread it is not to make up claims , rather inform the players what the issue was we are currently expanding but calling in a few minutes before the game starts to get a transfer in is probably not the best way to go regardless of the staff any book has.

    BS book? Our bonuses are still some of the best . Our promotions are one of the best -108 with free half points and cash bonuses. Our payouts are some of the fastest.

    There is not a single book that has never had an issue , we do our best for our players and whenever a player does have an issue we do our best to correct it and make sure the player is satisfied with the outcome.

    Jon has always treated me well . Like I said earlier I love betislands. I will always be a customer. However last night I was very frustrated for the simple fact I made this.deposit at 7pm. Which I thought was plenty of time before late nfl game. And of course like I said earlier i tried to make this deposit to bet falcons as mentioned before. So it figures this would happen to me. I am sure jon will rectify the situation as he always made sure I been well treated.

    why offer bonus you guys can't honor??? every time I called in to ask eligibility, response I got was Rudy is not in the office.. I tell CSR that Rudy called me and sent me an email with 30% cash offer in the month of October and they want me to talk to him to make sure... betislands, if I am not eligible with the bonus that's cool.. but don't send me and call me with an offer when you guys can't honor it. I end up not making a deposit with betislands so I am not looking for any freebie from Jon. I just wanna make sure I don't get bothered with emails and phone calls.

    Jon is the only reason I bet at betislands. He is one of my most liked guys ever dealing with any sportsbook. We have had a relationship since he found out im a losing loyal customer lol. But all things considered I trust him as much as I do my local who I been dealing with for 15 years.

    Jon called me up and handled my situation. What a class act. This is the reason I use betislands. You cannot get better treatment than Jon anywhere. I must say even through all my frustration yesterday they have impressed me even more today. On top of that when you win they pay you faster than anyone out there.
