    SBR rating of BetOnline looking worse by the day

    1. CRIS won't do book2books with them anymore.
    2. Have a Skrill payout request pending 2 weeks now, BOL will not reply to e-mails.
    3. Processed a book2book from sportsbetting to BOL for the Skrill option which now seems dead (cost me $200 for nothing).
    4. LowVig added Skrill as a payout option. After several weeks they said they cannot process it and returned funds to account. Yes, my ongoing saga with LowVig is still not over -- have been trying to get out 25k since April and only now have it down to 2k.
    5. The only confirmed BOL payout I know of in the past few weeks is eastern union. Completely unacceptable for players stuck with over 40k in BOL family. At the rate of their eastern union payouts it will be April 2013 before I'm paid.

    SBR refuses to downgrade. SBR continues to make excuses. The list of books rated B or lower that are 100x better than BOL is growing daily.

    The real question is why do I even bother bringing this up on this forum.

    Mathy says they are no longer doing transfers with Cris anymore. Does this include Betdsi as well? Are they doing transfers with anybody?

    betonline and lowvig owe me a combined $15k in payouts. i filed a complaint and lou contacted them and they lied and said i was paid but i haven't been paid i'm still waiting

    Yeah those payment methods can lead to serious hassle as they'll pretend they paid you, then it's a big battle to even get the funds back into your account just to restart the process

    I'm sure its clear to the forum regulars that SBR's ratings are greatly influenced by the number of Benjamin Franklin's it receives from certain books and Betonlines monthly envelope must be real thick.

    I 'tweeted' him twice last week. No answer.

    I've spoken to three people on live chat, useless (I'm not having a go at the agents per se because I dont think they have been given the tools to do anything beyond talk to people), all I want is my money.

    They gave me a Freeplay for $50 which required an additional deposit if you met the rollover....
    I held my breath until I received my money back.
    Would never deposit a sizeable amount with them..

    If a player reports a problem, the first course of action is to attempt to help the player with his or her specific problem.

    Now, as for the situation generally --- we are asking when management expects their Moneybookers time-frame to be back at what's currently advertised. Some players have been paid alternate methods at no cost to them in the meantime, others prefer to wait for this method. I can absolutely assure you that nothing is being swept under the rug or that the "underlying problem" as you put it is being ignored.
