    MyBet delayed payment

I have requested an withdraw from MYBET of 350 euro 27 days ago and I'm still waiting but from what I see they will not pay me that easy.

The payment is via Bank transfer and for this reason I've waited a litle before coming here.

Firstly it took 8 days just to verify and "send" the money. And from this point they said that it should take 3-5 working days.
It now 14 working days later and now they refuse to responde to my emails.

I have got from them some sort of bank statement, very fishy, that has a date wrong.

They said that if there is some sort of problem I have to wait until the payment is returned, but I've verified the details of the account a million times in this month of waiting.

I don't know if now it's the time to panic that I will not see my money, or I have to be more patient.

I was in the same situation,I received the money in the end and I hope you will receive it too.Delayed payments are a practice of Mybet.Avoid this bookie with deposit fees, withdrawal fees and delayed payments!

I have had several payments from them (never more than £500 a time, though) over the past few months, and it's always been about 48 hours back to Moneybookers. If you're able to get a Moneybookers account, perhaps that could be a solution? As far as I know, there's also no fee for Moneybookers withdrawals - not that I've noticed anyway.

After 1 month from when I requested the payout they said that the money returned to my accout, because of incorrect IBAN.

" Your payout has returned on the 30.06.2009, since there was an incomplete or
incorrect International Bank Account Number (IBAN) entered, which are
    imperative for a bank transfer
The IBAN consists of an alphabetical country code (RO for Romania), followed
by twenty-five (alpha)numeric characters for the bank account number.
Kindly request a new withdrawal with the correct IBAN and BIC/SWIFT. If
necessary please check with your bank for the correct details and request the
    withdrawal again. "

" twenty-five (alpha)numeric characters for the bank account number." My IBAN is made of 24 caracters including the RO at the begining.
Does anybody have 27 characters IBAN?

I've got an mail from Josh from SBR saying that he will ask in my behalf at Mybet , 20 minutes later Mybet finally responded saying that the money had been returned into my account because of incorrect IBAN.

I played a little on mybet in the winter/early spring, so my info is not fresh. But my experience was that they were slow at times to pay. They started offering 30% reloads, €25 free bets and whatnot, and if you made a withdrawal a day or two after they started a promo like that you would get your money out in an acceptable time frame.

They still do these offers from time to time. Maybe they have trouble getting people to deposit and have a low cash flow? I have read that 2 weeks is pretty common if you are withdrawing from them.

i use moneybookers for wd,but after some 4-6 days all my requests about 500e are done
problem is that they have poor customer service and make you feel unsecured causeyou do not get answers to your mails

Never had problems with MyBet, and payments to Neteller were always pretty fast (2-3 days max).

Avoid this book. Before 2 years maybe was in a good situation, but for now seems that they have financial problems. They stoped the withdrawals at Greece.Maybe the next country is yours.
