    You need to calm down. Justin is very good at disputes and very fair. You insulting him when SBR is working for you for free is certainly not helping anything. Neither are your threats to scam SIA in the future.

    guys I wanted to start another subject to keep this fresh in your minds.
    I cant attach this damn file for some reason, but I emailed it to Justin @ sbr.

    It says in plain english that you can use anyone's card you want too as long as both parties fill out this form.

    you already read the email stating thisas well. I do not want to make people look owned on here, I just want what I was promised when I was solicited by this scam book that had it out for me from the get go.

    Will someone step in. Email these people and tell them to pay their debt.
    If you want to see the attachment, have Justin download it. I saved it to my desktop but cant attach. maybe my computer at work monday will do it. This one at home is kind of weak on the programs. do not put your money with these people. You will lose it. They hope you lose but if you win they will give you your deposit back to make it look like they just didnt wat your business but in reality they just got out of paying you winnings. I will get you the form you need. IF I can email it to you that would be great. I dont think Justin will show you guys. Its gettin real phishy. hopefully this will end with a payment to me.

    Without a doubt, this melinsurance79 would have claimed an "unauthorized user" on her card and had her deposit to SIA charged back in the event she lost her deposit.

    This person not only has a PRIOR HISTORY of stiffing sportsbooks (with the same credit card no less) but is also actively encouraging her friends to request full withdrawals from their SIA accounts and then requesting a charge back from their ************.

    Not only should this person NOT be paid her winnings from SIA, I believe SIA has every right to confiscate her original deposit and I hope thats exactly what they do.

    Its people like this why so many online sportsbooks are afraid to accept credit card deposits from their customers.

    This is the first time I have ever sided with a sportsbook over a customer.

They knew my husbands was identity theft or they would have kept mine or said don't send it here, but they said it was ok and they would pay. Have you read any of this shit? Your like that guy at the office who jumps in a conversation without knowing anything. Go stick up for another scam book. Sia is a scam. I am now working on showing you folks the form.     Your story smells the most fishy here. There were at least 5 ways to avoid this mess, and you chose the worst decision path in all of them.I hope you get your money -- but be glad it were not me making the decision.

    You are the reason I have to follow a million deposit and bonus rules when playing at a book. And I really resent that about people like you..........

    SIA is the reason that these books get a bad name -- because they take any money they can get, and make up reasons not to pay. They should not have taken your deposit to begin with, and if they would have spent their investigation time on the deposit rather than the payout, they would not have this issue. But they do not care -- they have the money now.

    If you are looking for sympathy..... please look elsewhere.

    becuase my husband had to charge something back you label me into why you have to go through the hoops you have to? that is ridiculous. I appreciate your comments, for or against me. I have the proof that they wanted me to play and wanted nothing to do with what happened with an old card of my husbands before we were married. you dont know me, so please dont automatically think i am such a bad person.

    oh andy you are foolish. i have 3 associates that all said the same thing. they stole money from you, lets see if they do it to us. lets see if they dont fix there error. they have not charged back and are waiting to see how this is handled. people wouldnt have to do chargebacks if the industry didnt have scam books. I know what a ********** is now after reading all of the crap about it from several other players on forums. not because I am use to doing them. never done one before in my life.

As well, I still have the messages from earlier in this decade when you were having troubles and seeking my help with problems of the same nature. You have presented this case as being your wifes account, but the characteristics in tone from the past dealings between me and you are identical to this current tone. The same ideas, hostilities and threats of revenge. I do not believe you're innocent in this matter and I think Justin has seen this also.

    and Pete- bottom line. this book wanted my business- they emailed my account, not my husbands, they spoke to me on the phone...set it up and walked me through it.
    i was honest with them about my husbands situation. so how do you even argue? they wanted my deposit, I gave it to them. I even put the money on his card. it wasnt a problem when I sent it, played on it or let the money sit there...it was a problem the day I requested a payout.
    if would have lost, they would not have said or requested a thing. i am sure they do this to lots of people. people that dont know to complain online anywhere.
    Jim at OSGA knows both my husband and I and knows we are good people.
    if you have had arguments before with my husband, that is between you guys. This matter however was attacking me.
    Justin and SIA apparently got together and they said since it was a 3rd party transfer, its a no go.
    well I sent you the proof stating that is trash. they knew I was sending 3rd party and that is hwy they sent me the email needing proper documentation and the 3rd party autho form
    I have everything you need to et me paid. why were you so willing to help me monday when I explained all of this and now you are upset with me? just please help me and get this over with .

    cool. well the sportsbook has me on tape time and time again. when my husband reached out to you this week with his honesty in trying to get me paid, you should have taken that as flattering. we are married and we are 1. he is trying to help me get paid. i didnt even know you existed. I met Jim over the phone when he helped him with a small matter. sorry if he was honest with you on your personal email...but on here, this has been me.
    the sportsbook records all conversations.....listen to those. they gave me the ok to play knowing who he was. all they wanted was just him signing the agreement and copy the card and say it was ok for me to use it.
    why would i use the card if it would just cause a stink. come on. reconsider and make them pay. they started and caused this. why did it take them until I requested a payout to pull this scam? please help. I do not want to go other routes. I need ya.

I emailed it to him again as well. I have all that is needed. he sent me that last night. are you saying now he is not going to help? geez guys, I have everything you need. whats right is right. thanks in advance.

    You must recognize that in Any case, we can only try to help. We are not a Governing body who can force the decisions, hands or thoughts of any sports book. We cannot make them do anything, but only suggest our opinions/views and hope they may see the picture in the same light as we do.

    the fact of the matter is, I am the wife.. I set it up the account because they emailed me- did you read that part. I am all over the recorded conversations on setting it up. I even used my husbands card. I was not hiding anything. and if he wants to come in here and say how he feels what do you care? i had $1667 stolen from me . we share a bank account of course so it effects both of us. they said they would pay. he sent documents. why do you not get that?

    When SIA solicited you to deposit, and you told them about your husband's past identity theft and ********** issues (which, as an aside, clearly shows you knew what a ********** was before you started researching it in relation to this matter, as you claim), did you also tell them that you would be depositing using his credit card and not your own?

    The fact you used his card isn't the same as explicitly telling them that you would be using his and not yours.

    Mel, I would advise that you take a few days, calm down and approach this from another angle. Because quite honestly, posting while you're upset has you coming off as seeming a bit fanatical to put it mildly. I have to wonder why Justin would want to assist you in any manner whatsoever if he is even still willing, not with the barbs you've directed his way.

    Years ago I had an issue concerning a near $20,000 balance consfication and came to SBR for help. I fully realized that they did not have to assist me at all, but they did and it was purely because of this site and the people that worked for it that led to my crisis being resolved. It took months, but I certainly didn't inundate them with post after post critisizing them. I was patient and honest and I highly recommend you take the same approach if there is even a shred of hope for you getting assistance here. I'm not sure if there still is as I don't have the energy to go through the massive amount of posts in multiple threads, but this is your only hope. Because your strategy currently, which is akin to a public nervous breakdown in progress, is failing miserably.

So before you come running into this thread like a jerk, read all of the posts. Easy to comment when you received your money after being scammed isn't it?
