    Why wouldn't he get paid, the sportsbook's manager gave the article the teams in the parlay. They'll get more than $25k worth of free publicity from this.

    Regardless of whether or not there were heavy favorites involved, hitting a 23 team parlay is unbelievable. I guess it can be done.
