    I have a buddy who wants to send $50 offshore and bet a few 8 team parlays...is there a book that will just accept a $50 deposit?...thanks in advance

    Bovada would do as little as $20 plus 5% service charge for all DC transactions. If you're in US, Heritage is not going to take your DC and would do P2P with $100 minimum.
