Hi guys i'm coming here in name of a family member.
She got her account closed and under investigation for more than 2 or 3 weeks, she sent 7 different id documents and still no answer.
Always the same thing.... give us 24hours and we'll give you an answer.
This is not the way they should take care of their costumers.... now they close their live support talking without saying anything... just don't want to talk with her... what is this....?
What could she do?
