I have only been with betisland for a few weeks because Tony from 5Dimes was a total asshole and so far liked the site. I like betting on crazy bets that they don't offer but I usually lose those so that is a good thing. So yesterday I start playing the casino and lose a shit ton of money of course and then my account won't let me play the casino. I contact customer support and they say once you wager $1000 in the casino your account gets blocked from playing for the day. I was mad but I never win on the casino so its probably a good thing but I could of swore I wagered more than that. Now today comes around and I start playing the STUPID casino again and am up some and then down some and then up some. At this point I realize I have wagered MUCH more than the $1000 limit so I assumed the limit was taken off my account. I start playing multihand blackjack $100 per hand either 2 or 3 hands, so you do the math and clearly if I had a limit I can only be playing about 3-5 hands before I hit my limit. So I would win a few lose a few and all of a sudden I lose like $700-$900 in 3-4 hands and like clock work my casino access is restricted. So I contact customer service because I am pissed that is magically gets restricted once I go on a cold streak and they are trying to tell me I only wagered $1000 which I EASILY wagered at least $5000 and then she says I could wager up to $5000 and then she goes back to say $1000.

Brian: thats absolutely ridiculous....I actually like the fact that it shuts down after wagering $1000 because its nearly impossible to win in these but why does it wait until I lose a ton to shut it down??

YES I KNOW I LOST but does anyone else find this to be some sketchy bullshit?? Like I told the lady I like the fact that the casino gets shut down after wagering $1000 but if that is the rule, make it the rule. Do not wait until the player loses a bunch and then shut it down. I was suspicious about this yesterday but today it was not even close. I know I will get nothing back by posting this but just giving everyone a warning to be careful.

I agree with OP that normally wagered = action, not win/loss. But I don't think Mia was intentionally to confuse. She just thinks action is action, wagered = win/loss. And that led to miscommunication.

And like I said Im not complaning I lost because I am the one who wagered it Im just saying be careful. And it was not just Mia because 2 other people told me the same thing. Jon cleared it up and said its how much you lose but continued to use the word "wager" which is wrong but whatever. Like I said just giving everyone a heads up.
