Looking into get another book .....Bet Islands or Heritage??
which one is a better book, or is it comparing apples to apples?
getting fed up with 5 dimes,
1) running slow on game day,
2) customer service- i've asked 5 times this week to grade 2 of my future wagers (that have clearly cashed team total over wins) yet they are still pending, getting pretty annoying to have to keep asking
one more thing noticed a method of deposit for Heritage is money bookers? never heard of that, what is it?
Heritage. Also, nobody will cash those overs until the season is over.
They've already cashed my under red sox, under astros, and over orioles.... just these last few, they keep saying they will and havent

I would say Heritage
If customer service is important to you, go with BI. CS at Heritage is getting close to 5dimes. You also get better bonuses at BI

Customer Service wagering department gets a D
Customer Service in the Payout/Deposit department gets an "A"
Look at alliance or Youwager

Have to look into them, fast payment? Do they have mobile sites?
Only draw back at alliance is limits, but if you ask they will raise them a bit.
i love bet islands but you cant go wrong with heritage or bet islands.

Heritage is really good. I have an account with them. I've only heard good things about BetIsland.
Term deposit , they always pay.
Not true though cause they've cashed all of them except the few on this ticket... and that would be fine if they flat out said that... don't tell me the department is working on it, or it'll be done in 20 mins...
You got to keep in mind that none of these services are in the US so when they say twenty minutes and when we say twenty minutes it means completely different things... could mean an hour, could mean tomorrow, could mean next week... could even mean F##k off... see what I am getting at. Just something to think about.
Heritage by far
not even in same league
Love them both. If you want a lot of options with higher limits then Heritage. If you like a great CS book with fast payouts & a personal touch then Betislands. Can't go wrong with either.

Exactly, most have a clause that requires 160 games be played. It's kind of like asking the Book to grade your Over bet in the 7th inning--no one's going to do it.
if you want more betting option along with higher amount payout, go with heritage.. betislands payout is lightning fast but their limit is low..
