Cesars windsor is the nicest Casino out of any of the detroit casinos its Vegas like and the hotel over looks the River and detroit skyline

If you find someone who still does old school parlay cards where they print them early in the week you can pick off all the stale numbers on Friday or whenever give them to your guy.

There's a local who runs them at the local OTB. All ties lose, all key numbers, limited games. He does well.Bowling allies are another good place to seek out a local who could use them. I won my first three teamer from a parlay card when I was in fifth grade.
