I knew my money is safe @ Heritage... I knew they have lots of betting option available.. I been playing online casino(baccarat) and noticed that they should let player to either cancel our bets or to change our bets whenever there is dealer change. Because when dealer change happens, they burn one card and sometimes I don't even know dealer is being changed until new dealer just comes in out of nowhere.. so I contact heritage and chat with chuck about this issue. he told me that person who is in charge is not in the office but he will make sure to forward the msg. at first, I thought nothing will really happen. But today, I got a call from weird number so i did not pick up. After listening to voicemail, I realized Gabe from heritage called me and want to talk to me. I called them back and Gabe was nice enough to explain the situation to me..I was up with them from 8th free deposit bonus so I didn't really expect anything, it was just friendly suggestion I wanted to make... however, not only they were nice enough to explain their system regarding on this matter but also he credited me with $100FP. YES, $100FP is nice to have but I was more impressed with the fact that the msg was actually forwarded to proper person and they took care of the issue in very timely manner. Thank you heritage for responding back to me so quick!
