    jetbull steals money

    hello SBR forum!!
I am a greek customer at jetbull sportsbook company who feels stolen..i had created an acount about 2 months before and after one month betting i had completed bonus requires and i had uploaded all the documents they asked for too so i asked for a withdrawal of the amount i had in my acount that was 3251 euro and 2 days after that i tryed to sign in my account but there was message to contact them via email....after sending some mails they told me that there was an issue with my account and it was suspended because there were some other acounts linked to my account as they were saying...and after 1 month after threating them etc they asked for an explanation and i told them that i created my account from an internet spot here in greece and i had no idea etc and now their risk department sent me this message again after waitind 15 days...

    Dear Jetbull Customer,

Our risk department has detected a possible breach of our terms and
    conditions in your Jetbull account.

    Risk department findings:

There is an evidence that you have linked accounts. Due to clause 4.1
our terms and conditions, it is not allowed to have more than 1 account.
This is a potentially serious breach of our terms and conditions that
    you have agreed to.

"4.1 Each client is entitled to open only one betting account with the
Company. Any other accounts of one client shall be canceled by the
Company without any right for refund of the deposited funds. Should the
Company discover that more than one account exist for one client, the
Company is entitled to cancel all accounts of such client. The client
shall not be paid out any winnings won through any unduly opened other
    accounts of such client."

In order to resolve this situation, please provide us with an
explanation as to why that may be.

*Your failure to provide a relevant explanation within 3 days will
result in a suspension of your account under our terms and conditions. *

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

    Hi mate,

    Welcome to the club.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for 2900 euros. All docs already checked. They sent me the same message yesterday and I use only my internet at home and opened only one account of course, also because it would be sos stupid to open more than one considering they are not paying and it is simply a company which does not pay.
They are just letting you wait and after they make excuses and suspend your account without any reason for not paying.
They are simply ridicolous. I will sue them within this week.

    Regards,

    Eugenio

i am waitting their final reply i dont know what they r gonna say me but what they r trying to do is really illegal and if they thought that my account was linked with others they should sespend it by the time i created my account not when i tryed to ask for a withdrawal...do u think that worths it to sue them???i am not sure and i dont know how difficult and expensive would be to do sth like that in greece...
there is anyone here to can contact them any moderator etc??
    thank u!

    JETBULL SORTED - Possible solution

    Hi guys,

After almost 4 weeks I have got my payment. I was waiting for 2900 euros sinc ethe 14th of May. You can read what happened previously above.
Well, I stronlgy suggest users not to play with them as they are very dodgy and do not want to pay. They started sending the usual message of account suspension for multiple accounts also. Useless to say, I never opened other accounts and use my internet at home only. My idea is they try to do this with all people having certain sums to withdraw and they steal money from those giving up. Well, do not do!
I have soirted by writing them I contacted the Gambling Commission in the Uk which I did in fact. Tehya re apparently in the process of getting a license here and it is very bad advertisement for them. I also threatened them to sue them several times and contacted the moderators here. Well, after the Gambling Commission writing on Friday, they sent the money straight away in the afternoon!
Nothing is guaranteed with them and I am sure they try this with almost everyone, so watch out and play with more reliable bookies. The fact they have a system in place for doing this is that yesterday evening when my payment was already processed, they sent again an authomatic email of account suspension with clause 4.1 within 3 days for multiple accounts!!! Incredible..
If you incur this problem, threaten them to sue legally and write th gambling commission telling them, looks like working!
Thanks to the mods also for their concern!

I got also the message that my account is linked with some other. But that´t the different case. I have got no money in my account. I answered I have no ide, why are they thinking that I have 2 accounts and that I for sure have only one and they sent my an email, that my account was reopened. I don´t understand what are they trying but I am sure I will avoid this book and will place there no more bets. It would be to much risk to play there

    Hi everybody,

I just registred to share the same experience with this crooks book called jetbull.
Also, few days ago I received the same mail about "linked accounts".
The best part of this scam is that they send pre-generated e-mail to lot of people and in which they claim they have evidence of linked accounts, but they never send EVIDENCE it self. They just say - OK, you have 3 days to prove we are wrong or else your account stays closed and we impound all your money.
    LOL
The fun thing is that my account is empty (no money) for about a month.
Now I am sure I wont deposit not a cent any more to this crooks, but I just want to say that I am very sorry to hear that they steal money from some people.
I think is is obvius that this book is going down and my advice is to stay away!

BTW, I send them e-mail requesting to show me what evidence do they have that I have linked accounts as they claim. They are not responding for several days now. But still sending me junk mail and adds.

I am thinking of law sue for emotional pain they caused me with this mail.

Hello guys, I am one more being robbed by Jetbull, on the 17th of May I withdraw 1669 euro from my betting account. After 13 days money were not coming I have been in touch with their livechat what the hell is going with my withdrawal. Answer I got was that they have no clue why my withdrawal was still not proceed but that they contact finance department to prioritize my withdrawal as I am waiting very long! Another few days with no money, another live chat conversation, with same person actually, and answer that they will contact finance department once again... Still no money reaching my Moneybookers account. Then I wrote an email to support with kind question to determine when my withdrawal would be proceed. Again they said that they told finance department to prioritize my withdrawal! After another few days I got an email that my account is linked with blablabla, guess everone already saw this message. Of course this was bullshit as I didnt even share my Jetbull tips with anyone which I answered to them, along with asking about this evidence for account being linked. 3 days later I got an email with FINAL DECISION as it was topic of those email. that my account is suspended along with my money and withdrawal being held by Jetbull as I broke a rule 4.1... Just unbelievable, this is not slow pay outs anymore, this is frauding of our money!

I also have already contact Gambling Commision waiting for their feedback. Any other advices?

Wow...dont show the corrupt Sportbet this thread or else they will have yet another scam to play around with over the next few months. But hey, maybe if jetbull steals money from 20-30 more people, then SBR will rate them as a "B"

You don't like sportbet...we get it. You don't need to spam the forum. If everyone posted in every thread about a book they weren't happy with, this forum would rapidly become unusable.

If you keep posting in others' legitimate complaint threads about other books, it's much harder to avoid. I'm sure you're upset about your own situation, but please try to limit where you post your Sportbet complaints.
I appologize, didnt mean to spam this thread. I just dont want people to make the same mistake i did and deposit with the crooks at sportbet. But I will leave this thread to Oddsmaker and not talk about how sportbet steals from its customers. Hopefully this guy will get paid from oddsmaker because if he were at other books (wont mention any names) he wouldnt get a dime and the book would just confiscate his money for no reason.
Just apply this to every other thread.

    Dear Mr Gio

Thank you for your email of 11 June 2009.

The website you have referred to is not licensed by the Gambling Commission as their remote equipment is based outside of Great Britain

Many gambling companies are regulated in more than one jurisdiction. Often the name of the regulator will be displayed on the homepage of the gambling website (the Commission requires this of the companies it licenses) and/or within the terms and conditions, but you should check where each particular product is regulated.

For example the betting may be regulated in Britain while the casino games are regulated under a different jurisdiction. You may also find that clicking on a link within one website takes you to another webpage.

Please contact the company directly with the issues you have raised and follow the companies’ complaints procedure. If they fail to respond in a satisfactory manner then please ask them for the details of their regulatory body for you to escalate this matter.

In this instance I believe the below link will take you to the regulator of this operator:

    http://www.anjouancorporateservices.com/

Please read the leaflet in the following link for further guidance:

    http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...sp?mediaid=431

If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Yours Sincerely

this is what they answered me from gambling commission....
jetbulls licence is at comoros islands..anjuan is the capital...so u understand nobody should trust again this company noone...

Welcome to SBR and please fill out a SPORTSBOOK COMPLAINT FORM for our records.I'll contact Jetbull and try to help you. They have worked well with us recently, although they are inclined to stand their position if thoroughly convinced the player is guilty of having linked accounts. Let's see what we can do in this case.

They blocked my account and paid out only deposit 20EUR (i had over 1600EUR) because deposit was made from my cousin MB account not mine. They told me that it is forbidden by their terms

    Code:
    “4.8 JETBULL.com will decline all 3rd party transactions – i.e. the
customer has to deposit funds into his/her Jetbull account from a bank
account, e-wallet service or a credit card belonging to the customer
ONLY. All 3rd party transactions will result in the customer's account
being closed and all bets cancelled without any accrued winnings being
paid out. The initial deposit amount will be refunded back to it's
original source and the financial service provider with whom such a
transaction took place will be immediately notified.”
But I figured out that they added that point recently after I made deposit and withdrawal request!
On google copy of their terms website from 24th August 2009 there is NOT such point!
It seems that their added it to have reason not to give me my money.

Here You can see copy of their terms website copy by google from 17th Aug 09:

    http://209.85.129.132/search?q=cache...ient=firefox-a

And their polish website version google copy from 24th Aug 09

    http://209.85.135.132/search?q=cache...ient=firefox-a

And on both there is not such point as 4.8 ...

So try to withdraw money from jetbull. Maybe they will also add something to their terms to block Your account ;P

Jetbull scam explained (it will not help, just info)

the economic situation is very bad, just to understand how bad it is, look at the bottom of this page for bankrupt casino's since the last 12 months http://www.mkapital.com/id40.html every single of this companies brand name, history, or real estate assets are worth more than all offshore small online books combined, but still it didn't help them from going bust.
The advantage that companies like Jetbull, Bwin and other scams have is that they are OFFSHORE and are not regulated by any reputable authority. To pay us or not to pay us, lies in their hands and will only, there is nothing a defrauded player can do, besides posting a thread. That's why my advise to all of you who have more than 100$ at any offshore book: close your account today and play only with the biggest, public companies ( I think all of you know the 2-3 such names), the worse the economy will be, and it will be much, much worse, the more books will be liquidating all their activities but before, they will start a massive scam and theft attacks on players accounts, ************ unauthorized deposits and other fraud actions.

Betbull is 20% owned by Bwin, another scam king, I ask if anybody here knows if there is a connection between Jetbull and Betbull?

    Thanks for this info dude..
Contacting the Gambling Commission is a great idea!
Though, nothing worse is happening to my account, at least I got this idea

Gibraltar, Comoros, Bwin, Jetbull = Africa they all hide under corrupted jurisdictions, it's either UK, US, Europe license or it is a scam.

Just for the record, yesterday evening I requested a withdrawal from jetbull, it was around USD 1600. It came in to my moneybookers account today noon... Faster than the average.

they dont like and cant afford to be beaten heavily it seems, and what they do is illigal, just because they say in there T&C's that they dont have to give the money back, doesnt make it legal, its like somone saying if you cross the road ill punch you in the face, they told you before hand yes, but doesnt make it right/legal lol.

Im also on jetbull, after hearing all the Horror stories, im getting out of thre pronto.

If you deposited with credit card start file a ********** claim if they dont return your $
