    Withdrew from Sportsbook on Monday. Sent a wire free of charge. In bank by Wednesday.

    Monday before Bookmaker charged me $15 and made me use Nteller, who charged me $12.50 more. BM took 4 days to send to NT but they still haven't got the wire to me a week later for some reason.

    5Dimes credited the $15 charge as I asked on Monday and sent to Mbkers, who straight out stole about $40 for the unwanted service of converting it into AU$. But had cash in bank within 3 days.

    Did a Betfair last week too. Ask one day, in your bank the next, free.

    With Bookmaker I thought you accrued points toward free withdrawals???? And if you don't accrue enough, my guess is you're betting $10 a game and they cater to the large player anyway.
