    Hi,
    Does anyone have any experiences with sportsbook hopa.com? I noticed bad review on some sites but mostly from those bonus hunters...However, I have requested my first withdrawal 7 days ago and still didn't get it.
    On chat they are constantly saying: "There has been huge increase in player winnings lately so it also means surge of documents to process hence the delay".
    Anyway, funny thing is that i got mssg that my documents have been processed and approved so basically I am waiting just for transfer.
    Sum is around 2k...

    Does not sound great.

    But if they get targeted on bonus hunter sites it can become a problem staff time wise.

      Absolutely legit

      7-14 days are normal (don't ask me why but they even pay 5 digit amounts within that time frame)

        I wont push them in that case cause so far they told me lot of reasons fkr waiting(lot of documents,managment review etc)

              I don't think it's necessary to file a complaint.

              They are slow but I never heard of anybody who didn't get paid by this group (Aspire Global)

                Does anyone know how to contact Hopas, BetRegals and other Aspire Global casinos representatives about bonuses? And I dont mean normal live chat or email support but persons above them?

                  I wont raise complaint yet...i wait few more days as Ionnie55 said its normal for them..KobelsKing sadly i dont and i think its quite hard to reach them..Try with moderators/admins here

                        I made complaint but Optional you dont need to forward it yet. On chat first they told me that i have no winnings, then i sent proofs and operator switched to my native language and told to be patient bit more..so lets wait

                            That doesn't sound good at all. Why would they send you the winnings separately? Why did they even say you wouldn't have any winnings? Did you take a bonus?

                              Its quite funny..first agent told me i have no winnings..when i assured her that i do, she answered:"are you on the right casino?".
                              Then i said to her that i have emails from them in which is written clearly that i have pending withdrawal and that i record current chat.
                              She answered that both accs and the winnings are under review(aafter telling no winnings).
                              Then she switched to croatian(strange as its uk site,probably thought i bought acc and dont speak it) and wrote me like: you got deposit back.
                              I answered that i dont care about deposit when i wait 13 days for winnings.
                              She said to be more patient that its under review and at the sametime account is closed so my opinion is that they wanted to confiscate winnings but i got their hands in the cookie jar with proofs that i won and that i had pending withdrawal...anyway will inform when(if) i recieve next update from them...ofc have proofs for all as i was often mailing them concerning such long waiting for withdrawal and also took images from chat...

                                No bonus, won on these tennis exhibition tours as on people which play like they hold racquet first time they give good odds(i used some other softbooks too like cbet,betway,etc with good roi... all where i had no accs in past as had no need)...

                                    Optional please check if sbr can do anything, if not then i will contact their license regulator as i have plenty of proofs in my favor..this is email they sent me today:


                                    "We would like to inform you that your account has come to our attention due to discrepancies identified during our regular security checks.

                                      I wonder if this is due to Corona. Same thing happened to me last week (at Sportwetten.de) and I heard of other cases at other books.

                                      Maybe that's their strategy to compensate losses due to Covid-19.
