I'm a new 5 dimes player this season... I switched from bookmaker cause their fees (other then that they are a great book)

But honestly I'm amazed with the service 5D provides. I made a deposit via p2p and had the money on my account in less then 5 mins after I notified them.

I won money on the cowboys Wednesday. As soon as I could get my computer started after the game my winnings were already waiting for me.

Great book that deserves it's rating. I just hope the payout is as flawless.

You should have answered the Qs and not withdrew your complaint if you want to say that. It sounds like you were a 5d fan though...more worried about your acct being closed and getting paid than the money itself.

When you are accused of "unintentionally" (exactly how it was written to me in bold with italics) betting a wrong pitcher what's the point of pursuing a complaint since I am already considered guilty by the person handling my dispute. God can close my account for all I care because he will never see another deposit from me.

Mr. Dozer, you and I both know that is not true... I'm just an average guy that works hard for his paycheck and has no affiliation whatsoever with any sportsbook beyond just being a customer. I've been around a while and its a shame that all you have to do in today's industry to be the best is payout in a timely manner... used to be that was a standard by all top books and they had to work harder in other areas, CS, options, etc., to come out a leader in the industry but times have indeed changed in the offshore world.

I still don't understand what your dispute actually was. Maybe we should understand it in 20 questions or less but we didn't. At times we see players get defensive thinking the Qs are accusatory when we are trying to get to the bottom line.

I was kidding miners... little sarcasm. But your post came off funny to me... Posting right under their #1 poster rating that SBR has it all wrong. I support you giving your feedback but hold your opinion up on your own. Tell us all why you don't like 5dimes instead of your theory on why SBR (and 300 pollsters) do.

I agree with ya that less competition hurts the players but that's not really the fault of books that stuck around. It's apples to oranges rating a book from today to then. If someone didn't have Neteller same day all hell broke lose. Books had better margins and could hire people from all over the world.

The dispute was over a off pitcher which they acknowledged but refused to refund, it doesn't get anymore simple than that.

I made a bet on the Tigers -1.5, when I made the bet 5Dimes had a incorrect pitcher listed for the opposing team, as anyone knows runline/totals are listed pitcher bets.

Hours after the game was over I received a email and notice in my account that bet had been deleted from my account and money would be refunded. Money was never refunded because Tony said I intentionally bet it because I was taking a shot so he was not going to refund even though the rule states on his site that my bet was N/A.

When you have a off pitcher the bet isn't deleted from your account history , they don't go in and delete a pitcher from your ticket all of which which 5Dimes did. If they went to all this trouble to not refund my bet do you really think they would have paid me if I had won, not a chance in hell.

A off pitcher is a off pitcher and should have never gotten to this point if handled like every other off pitcher before this one, I was not the one who made the mistake 5Dimes did and they were the ones to go to extreme lengths to cover it up.

At this point he can keep the 200.00 because I will never deposit another cent into this book.
