    Customer service is not that great for alot of these books, other week I was talking to "Alicia" in 5Dimes chat how I was getting the wrong lines for my teasers. I tried forever to explain to her and she just couldn't understand, kept making stuff up. Finally have the right lines now though.

    I hate that too, so stupid to do. 5Dimes asks you for your account number before live chat and the first thing they do is ask for it again soon as you connect. Then wtf is the point of providing it if they are just going to ask for it again? LOL, the security at these sportsbooks is a joke. They should have security similar to the online banking sites, if you access it from an unknown IP address/computer it will ask you more security questions like what is your mothers maiden name....etc.

    Jim Jacobs: and I am the one waiting. I got an email from Lars Armstrong on July 9th stating I would receive my check in 4 or 5 weeks. So obviously you guys are either lying to me or are just giving me the run around
