    Major Problem on Heritage, someone please assist me.

    No one will ever believe this because it is a casino problem (just my luck) but I went onto the live casino and I bought in for $175, and the casino was not loading properly, it was extremely glitchy. I tried waiting for it to load and was requesting help on the chat, at one point it transferred me to a pitboss and they asked me what I need, and I explained that it wasn't loading for me and they never responded to me. I restart my computer and my $175 is gone. and I put in an extra $100 to see if I have any balance on the table or anything, I am new to live dealer casino, so I don't know how it works..and the money is not there... now I have restarted my computer, and my $275 is gone now.. I do not know what is going on.. I am sure my money is somewhere but I do not know how to get it back. can someone from Heritage please private message me or put the money back into my sports account? I would like to video record my session if possible, I can barely even see what is going on or how to put my money back in my account. It just doesn't work with my operating system, that is my best guess.

    That's definitely the most frustrating thing with heritage. No 24-7 customer service like most books.

    Stay away from the online casinos after you get your money back. You can't trust some offshore book when it comes to that, at least with sportsbetting, you know they can't rig the game.

    They will have logs of all the transactions.
    If the scenario went down as you say you'll get it back.

    I've used the live dealers a few times and never had an issue. If you have a balance in the Live Dealer casino and close out of it, the balance is automatically transferred back into your Heritage account.

    Housecloud,

    Did you try contacting them this morning? Live casinos have more technical things that can go wrong than a non-live casino... But Heritage is pretty good at taking care of their players.

    The second deposit after your money disappeared doesn't look good. Regardless, there should be a log of exactly what happened to your funds. Heritage isn't going to tell you that it disappeared and your out of luck.

    why anybody would play at a live dealer casino is beyond me.....i played once to see what the hype was about....was at a table by myself against the dealer...was dinking around betting 15-25 a hand.......got down 100 decided to play one last hand for 100 to hopefully get even....i had 17 against a 10 so i stayed..all of a sudden the lights go out and it is a black screen after about 10 seconds it shows she draws an ace.....lol just kinda shady to me....the delay is also shady to me.....who knows it may be legit....but ill do all my casino playng at the local casino.

    This was a pretty lame post, obviously everyone would know a reputable book is not going to cheat you.
