    Intertops problem

    A few months ago, I received an email from Intertops with a VIP bonus of 20%, maximum 200 usd, my account is in euros, I deposited 1000 euros, and received 150,77 euro bonus with a 8x rollover, around 9200 euro.
    I did 9023 euro rollover, only 177 to go, and Intertops simply don't let me wager, my limit is 0 (zero), I have 1332,75 euro on my account, they don't let me withdraw, because I did not complete the rollover and don't let me wager anymore.
    What can I do?

    Update:

    With the help of Justin, Intertops raised my limits, and I was able to complete bonus rollover, let's see how it goes from here.

    I try my hardest to cut itops slack sometimes, but it's scary to think of all the customers who don't know about SBR. Limited to zero right before rollover? Laughable.

    Questions luiscorreia,

    Are you in the US?

    How long till you were paid?

    Did they do the usual 48hr wait until your money was even withdrawn from your account?

    Hi, sorry for late answer.
    I am in Portugal, rollover was completed saturday 25th, asked for a withdrawal and wednesday 29th the money was in my moneybookers account.
