under the old management: payouts were not the fastest but they came. great website great customer service if you needed it.
new management: it took them 5 days to even acnowledge that I had an account with them. It seemed like they lost it. I could not login and they didnt even realize my account existed. when I called them on the phone their rep treated me like I was a moron and must not have an account with them and must be confused about who I was calling.
Even worse, I made a withdrawal request by check a few days before the changeover ( June 20th) to this day I have not received one single indication they realize this happened. And I have TRIED to bring this to their attention. And I cant login to the old site to show I had a withdrawal pending that was approved, the old site no longer exists.
I have a second check I requested in July. I received an e-mail recently which cryptically said my payout would be "delayed". No mention of why, no mention that they owe me TWO payouts. I have tried to e-mail them for clarifiacation, no response.
Any help any MOD or anyone at SBR can give me would be greatly appreciated.
