    Bet Islands Issues

    Ok Boys,
    Here it is. I've had a few negative run ins with betisland's in this last month. First I made a small deposit in between checks & decided I wanted the Freeplay bonus for my deposit. I didn't figure I would be cashing out that amount anyways. So when I setup my deposit with BI I told the rep I wanted the bonus. She said ok.

    I made my deposit. I told the rep on the phone, but she apparently didn't give me the bonus. I was driving back home at the time so I couldn't check. When I got home & saw the mistake I called in & did live chat. No one wanted to fix it for me. I waited about a week for Dutch to get back to me. (He had days off). When he did, he did make things semi-right by me.

    I will give BI huge credit for at least trying to make things right. I make RO but did not cash out like an idiot. . I say to myself why not, I'll reload and take a bet on the Hall of fame game. I make a quick profit with a parlay of STL, STL/MIL U, and Under for the Hall of fame game. I make a withdrawal of my original deposit.

    This is when the next problem pops it's head. I make a wager on a team that did win. They grade it as a loss taking a shot at me. I call "Wagering" to get some jerk who was rude as hell trying to tell me "Everyone knows we grade for 90 minutes". Yet no where on the wager sheet does it say 90 minutes of play. It's not clearly listed period. But the guy continues to be a jerk off.

    So here I'am zero'd out, when I should be positive. Having some prikk run his mouth at me while he screws me. What a excellent book. I wrote to a few guys there and it's radio silence about helping me. If I wanted guys to zero me out for winning bets I'd play at BetOnline. Even Bovada didn't cheat me (Well after like 2-3 months lol)

    Soccer (two 45 min halves). Usually soccer has a three-way line including draw. Sounds like the OP bet on a soccer match that was decided in OT, in which case the draw wins and bets on either team lose.

    It was US women's olympic soccer. It's not like they Owe a ton either @ -300. It's just hilarious to go after me for so little. The game Had to have a winner.

    Blaming a book for not making it clear is fair. Secondly it still doesn't change the fact the jerk off on the phone was a rude prikk. I mean there was no reason he couldn't of been calm & helpful, I didn't have a raised voice I was calm when I called. So regardless if they graded it right, they can't side step a guy being a prikk.

    Nope she moved on to her clothing store. I will say a year ago you had a lot of personal customer service and now all of them are gone and each done is someone I have never heard of.     To address the issue of a wagering guy being rude... that department aint BI. BI pickybacks on another service which means that some of the employees you may or may not interact with do not necessarily work for BI. So no matter how high BI sets the standard for customer service with the sales/csd department if you talk to what i refer to as overlap staff you may get less than polite response... it is not a reflection on Jon or BI but the primary platform/service provider.
