Almost unheard of these days for a Book to give a bonus on a B2B. Further you're expected to roll your money over at least 1x with the new book after transferring.

Yeah I know i have been trying such a book. I knew it was going to be easy. Heritage first told yes they would then the marketing guy called me back 5 minutes later and told that they couldn't.
