There has to be a way on the computer. They wouldn't just not have the option would they?

They got a sports line? Customer service number is down. Wish I had investigated this before leaving spots open.

Heritage only allows opens to be handled by phone. That may be standard with all books actually. It's definitely the rule with heritage

Some allow opens to be filled via live chat. Try asking through live chat PWAD.

    Open Parlays

Currently, open spots must be closed in the call center, however, we are developing the functionality to close open spots online and we expect to have it available soon.

    Thanks

So is that a NO to doing it via live chat? I have been with others that say "call only" but are perfectly willing to do it on chat.

    Open Parlays

The ability to close parlays online is now LIVE. I knew we were close to launching this option and we now have it live.

We will post a tutorial to guide everyone through the process, but in the meantime, I will explain it as follows.

If you have an existing parlay that has an open spot or spots and you want to close them, click Parlay in the wagering menu.
At the top of the wagering menu, you will see a box that says "Fill". If you have open parlays, the drop down box will show the ticket(s) with open spots.
Highlight the ticket number, and add the selection(s) that you wish to add.
Confirm the selection and your open spot(s) will be closed.

I hope this helps and we are happy to add this feature to our wagering menu and options.

    Thanks

They did 'add' the option... but it isn't functional yet. Hopefully going to work the bugs out to actually make it work. AS of now, it just pretends to submit and then does nothing and never asks for a password.

Are you talking about filling open plAYS or not wanting to fill open plays and cash out for the current status?

The last two times I've critiqued your plays you have lost those plays... Instead of hate me for offering some useful information regarding your plays, you could learn a thing or two. You aren't a bad gambler, you do seem to take some things the wrong way concerning plays though. Best of luck.

Dude, I post my plays here to get some discussion going on them sometimes. 50% of the responses are garbage, but 50% of the posts actually offer some insight and an opinion other than my own.

I assume that you post your plays here to get insight, which I've given you in a pretty mature manner, you just seem to get upset that anyone might have an opinion other than yours.
