    Tried to deposit to legal horse betting site YOUBET.com with green dot and was denied????/ Its a US based pari-mutel wagering just like being at the track stupid ass restrictions

    Because the horse lobby is strong and donates considerable money to politicians, Horse racing was expressly excluded from the UIGEA and the two sponsors if the UIGEA had taken tens of thousands in campaign donations from horse tracks
